Using the Civ 4 Expansion Packs

I bought Civ IV: The Complete Edition a few months ago and I finally have the time to play it. However, when I play Civ IV, the content from the expansion packs does not show up. I have all of the expansion packs installed on my computer. How do I access all of the content from the expansion packs at once, or is it impossible? Thanks in advance.

Just run beyond the sword and that will load the content from Civ4 and Warlords.

Open the civ4 folder, then open the BtS folder and run BtS.
And then once it's open go single player -> Beyond the Sword Content -> Rhye's and Fall of Civilization.
Best mod ever.
