I haven't seen the trailer yet (and can't see it for a while.) so I won't judge it yet. However from the overall opinion here..

I think the AVGN is going to have a lot of fun with this.

Personally though, Uwe is great at making things extremely ridiculous. If he sticks to his strength, he might just be able to pull it off. Just..don't try to be Kojima. That won't end well.

Eh. I won't play it because it is made by Uwe Boll. I won't play it because it is a FPS. The last time I played a FPS, which was the original Doom, I developed a bad case of vertigo. I never touched the genre since.
