Because it's not cool.Aprilgold said:Head.... Why can't I shoot them in the crouch using V.A.Ts Bethesda?
SHOOT EM IN THE BALLS!!Red Rum said:I thought you were going to say "balls". Oh, well.
Likewise. However, never in my years of playing Fallout 3/New Vegas did I think of shooting melee enemies/deathclaws in the legs or rocket launcher armed enemies in the arms. Feel kind of stupid for not thinking of that sooner.DarkRyter said:If it's accurate enough (you know, with every body part at 95), I go for the head. More damage.
IF it's not, like if I'm sniping, then I just go for the body part I'm most likely to hit. I'm probably sneaked if I'm doing this, so there's more damage anyway.
Ninjas. They're everywhere!darth.pixie said:Head. If I go for V.A.T.S. Normally I pick sniper rifle and don't bother with it but when I do it's almost always head. If there's no change of hitting, I go for torso.

Or you could aim for the groin. If you get a critical, the guy falls down for a turn, which counts as a KO. That's how my speech only character became the heavyweight champion.Grouchy Imp said:Eyes. definitely the eyes. Of course , the best part about aiming for the eye is that even if you miss the eye, you still hit the head.
Plus because blinding that boxer in New Reno was the only way I could ever win that damn championship, even using the plated boxing gloves.
