I am most likely going to send my straight male friend a Valentine's card to see how he reacts.

Apart from that, I have nothing planned.
Can I copy that? My plan is be a wingman to calm my friend in case he gets mad that the person hes gonna ask ask out says she thought he was gay. Naturally I need something else to do.

I think I'll hunt for a real day to celebrate...

(While contemplating the fact that I'm a sad and lonely human being. So, typical Monday really.)
It might be depressing that so many of us feel this way.

Nope, I regard Valentine's Day the same way I regard Christmas, a merchant holiday made to sell useless tat that no one would buy otherwise.

Who would buy a giant infatable Santa during July? Who would buy those nasty chalk heart things with those sayings on it in August (who buys those things during Valetine's even, those things are freaking nasty)?
Simply put, it is meant to increase sales nothing more.

I would do something on Valentine's day, if I had somebody to do it for.

So no, I'm probably just going to shrivel up into a little ball, and spread as much hate as I can.

Maybe Valentine's day will be my trolling holiday.

I'll probably listen to this,

To be fair, I'm at work at 6 am that week so it's probably a good thing I don't have anyone or else they would be severly dissapointed. "Are we doing anything for V-day?" "Pft woman, I have to sleep!"

Well it also happens to be my girlfriend's (of sort) birthday. So time will be dedicated to her. And time not spendt on that will be put to use dying in videogames. Over, and over, and over again.

I might ask out a girl. Or I'll go home and play Black Ops. Yeah, Black Ops sounds good.

Umm, probably just spend it with my boyfriend. We don't really care too much about Valentine's Day, our anniversary means much more to us.

To you guys and girls who are saying that Valentine's Day is depressing for singles you know it really doesn't have to be. Just go out with the rest of your single mates and have some fun? Come on guys, singles get 364 days a year to celebrates, couples get 1 so I'm sure you can find something to do to take your mind of it.

I thought my girlfriend (even if she still is that, its hard to tell) would be here for it. But apparently not.

At least the place let me cancel the reservations, whatever.

Nothing planned. I am happy though that this will be my first Valentine's Day when I actually have a valentine <3
Me too! Except she's leaving on a trip to China in the early morning :( So we're having a party one day early, and the actual February 14th will probably be spent with my single friends playing RISK. Oh yes
whoa lucky my friends never play risk with me.

well i work monday. the girl i like her parents hardly ever let her do anything and i'm two years older than her so they aren't into me talking to her maybe i will do something with her that weekend though.

Valentines Day is kind of an excuse to not treat your girlfriend/whoever with the same affection as you would any other day.

But hey, it brings in a shit-ton of money to the economy through Valentines-day sales, so I can't complain about that
