One other thing I liked was hearing a Japanese voice actor trying to do a gay male voice stereotype in Japanese. Japanese men speak so gutturally and forcefully, even when reciting tender dialogue, that having the actor try to do a Western style gay voice stereotype (lilting, feminine) in Japanese was pretty funny.
I should note that the game is in no way anti-gay or whatever, just that they were trying to put some comedy into the game by playing with stereotypes, like with the extreme macho guy being a veggie farmer.
