majora/skull kid- not much of a reason just really fing cool
dog from hl2- he would be my muscle and is always appearing to save the day
Guybrush- sexy smart pirate, "a true hero"
rabbids- those thing appear immortal and have amazing advances in high tech equipment
GLaDOS- she is a powerful villain with greater forces behind her

she also seems to be quite powerful reaching the end of hl2 episode 2 when aperture science intertwines but she is making it all happen (a villain for two games and her influence is shown in hl2)
