Watch someone else play Amnesia. 1 shot every time Daniel is startled by something or experiences a flashback. 3 shots every time a monster attacks the player. empty your cup if the player dies.

If you want to get drunk fast, 1 shot every time the player swears or complains.

Playing ME2 Take a swig when Miranda's ass takes up >33% of the screen, finish your drink when someone says "suicide mission"

FF8 Take a sip of beer when you use draw magic. Then take a shot of whiskey whenever Squall responds with just an ellipsis.

Some of you don't get the concept of drinking games, suggesting games that make you drink less the longer you are into it, like drinking when hitting something... But drinking games should follow this simple basic rule: the more you play, the more you drink. Menaing that drinking should be induced by condutions that are harder to avoid the drunker you are.
Also, avoid additional rules like the number of shots for certain events. In a drinking game, you want to drink, and not look up how much to drink in a spreadsheet first.

So here come my proposals:

Drink everytime you press "quickload" in any game.
Drink everytime you die in Super Meat Boy.
Drink everytime you bump your car on anything in any racing game. (Advides Track: Nürburgring Nordschleife, as it is so ver narrow and hard to memorize)
Drink evevrytime your current lap was slower than the last one in any racing game (not advised on nordschleife, as oyu sober up before you get to drink again)

MGS4, Drink once every time nanomachines are brought up, twice every time theres fanservice and finish whenever Ocelot makes an appearance.
What about a drink for every cutscene? You'd be passed out on the floor before you'd even finished the first level.

Take a drink when:
1. Somebody insignificant dies but the game tries to play it off as tragic
2. Main character has MEMORY LOSS!
3. Main character is broody, emo, and generally unlikable.
4. Comic relief sidekick!
5. Another halo game! Or remake! Wwwwwwoooooooooooooooooo11!
6. Dante's Ass!
7. Team kills!
8. Zombies are in a previously non-zombie game!
9. Every time Jennifer Hale talks!
10. Every time Valve delays a game!

Two Drinks!
1. The main character's family is killed off in the first 5 minutes!
2. Silent Protagonists!
3. Sex Scenes!

Three Drinks!
1. Lesbian sex scenes!

A whole bottle!
1. Cake references!

Edit: Also take a drink everytime Issac takes off his helmat in Dead Space 2!

This

OT: Play any good old school RPG and take a shot anytime you drink a potion / cast a heal spell / rest (Coleus managed to hit the other genres so I figured I'd give the RPG crowd something to do).

Duck Hunt: Take a drink whenever you miss a duck, but don't pause. You'll end up with people aiming down a glass. A weekend away with only an NES and a big case of booze makes you creative.

Also, the Day[9] drinking game is fun.

Silent Hill 2 : Have a drink every-time Pyramid Head rapes something. You'll have to be hospitalized within the first couple of hours.

House of the Dead 2 : Have a drink whenever the voice-acters stutter and/or get cut short.

Dragon Age II : Have a drink whenever Claver dies because he doesn't have the sense to run-away after he gets both of his legs amputated.

A good one with a group of friends is drunken mario-party.

Measure out a few mugs and draw lines on the glass to make each mug a measuring cup of sorts with sharpie/dry erase.

Make up your own rules around what constitutes a sip, but it's much better if you have to drink for good things rather than bad things so the person leading the pack makes poor decisions and begins to get horrible at the mini-games. I find it best to keep the pace slow as to actually enjoy getting smashed while playing the game, but you can always play 20min in before everyone is on the floor. The object really shouldn't be to be passed out 10mins in though.

Make a few pitchers of your favorite mixed drinks/beer. Keep a bottle of hard liquor on hand for when someone gets a star.

Enjoy trying to finish the game before passing out.

Oh, I've played a drinking game like this with my friends for a couple years now. It's called:

The Capcom Drinking Game

This game can be applied to most Capcom games. I have personally used it for RE4, RE5, Dead Rising, and Dead Rising 2. The Rules are simple.

Take a drink every time a blatant racial stereotype is shown in the game.
Take a drink every time your character says a "One-liner"

Save often, because you'll wake up the next day, hungover, sharing a bed with 3 other people with the screen saying "You are Dead."

Final Fantasy VII - Take a shot every time you have to fumble around with your materia setup.

Final Fantasy X-2 - Take a shot every time you wish you were playing Final Fantasy X instead.

Mass Effect 1 or 2 - Take a shot every time the dialogue ring pops up.

Dynasty Warriors 7 - Take a shot for every kill you make! (30 seconds till 'completely wasted' status)

Oh, I love playing drunken Mario Party. But, yea, space it out because once everyone is drunk you forget you're playing, or something just keeps trying to punch the dice over and over when it's not their turn. Still funny though.
