Whatever it is that they put in medical kits in most first-person shooters. Just pick one up and you're instantly made better! Who needs medical training?!

I'm gunna go with the proto pet from Ratchet and Clank 2. A lovable blue ball of fluff you can play with *and* sick the little demon bastard on your enemies
Sounds just as powerful as Final Fight trash can chicken, but requires you to be able to break a wall to get to it. Lots more people can knock over a trash can than bust open a wall.JagermanXcell said:

My vote for most useful goes to Engineer Wrench from TF2. You can fix/assemble things by hitting them with a wrench. That is is literally how simple things need to be for some people to actually be able to do those things, so you could make billions. As a bonus, you'd get to run Ikea and their allan wrench based business model into the ground.

The portable pocket dimensions that all games with an inventory system have you'll never ever have to carry anything again!
Also Skills books and magazines in the fallout series, just open them and you'll be able to perform complex surgeries.
