A Flesh Golem from Fall From Heaven 2 (Civilization IV fantasy mod) with every single promotion they can possibly get, and 25 base strength. This would include things like invisibility, flight, heavy resistance to fire, lightning, ice, and poison, and ultra-fast movement speed, plus total loyalty and inherent immunity to mind-affecting attacks. And since they're a golem, I wouldn't have to worry about moral implications or revolt.
Something with unlimited or nigh-unlimited power that will allow me to transcend humanity and petty concepts such as death and stuff.

Well it's pretty obvious I would take the guy from Singularity, mostly because he could time travel, and I could basically double my money on the stock market every day since the 19th century, and be rich enough to tell Warren Buffett off any day of the week.
