My friend posted this on his facebook a minute or so ago, and it caught my eye. I thought I'd share it with my fellow Escaposts.

All I can say is, it's about time. It's great that we're finally starting to organize to defend our beloved passtime. What are your thoughts? Is there an organization like this in your country of residence? Or is this so far just an American thing?

Not in Sweden, as far as I know. But then our Government isnt trying to ban games in any way. We do have agechecks on videogames though. They are just not enforced.

I have to be missing something here. Maybe I don't full understand this law, but I was under the impression that it revolved solely around the legality of selling M-rated games to minors?

But that can't be right, because people are taking it way too seriously. There's gotta be more to it.

Because really, I don't give a toss if little Timmy isn't allowed to buy the next GTA game because he's only 14.
