Back when I was playing WoW I used to have some amusing things to yell out. When I'd cast Immolate I'd shout "You're on FIRE! BURNING! FIRE! LIKE GONORHEA! FLAMING BURNING FIRE!" A friend of mine made a macro of that after I'd stopped playing. It's a good thing.

Every once and a while I'll shout something out at an appropriately awesome point. Often something like "TWO SCOOPS!"

As for me I simply say "let's do this" so I guess I'm subconciouslly quoting Gaz's badassery.
And when I'm losing in any multiplayer game I shout at my friend "We gotta pick up the pace!!"

When I'm playing an RPG that allows you to go barehanded into battle (or any beat'em up) I'll scream out

(mostly in Oblivion and in the Fallout games)

Probably my best one is when i was playing Enemy Territory, i was holding this big rocket launcher thing on the other side of the door and the dude was coming in from the other side, I yelled "SMILE!!!!" Into my mic as i blew the little soldier dude into bits allowing me to see the little computer avatar's animated liver o_0

Whenever I did a suicide charge in Guild Wars (which was often when my partner died in Charr Hunting for the second time after I used my res signet) I would max out the type with AHAHAHAHAHA... and end it with a !.

Repeatedly hit enter, up, enter, enter, up, enter, etc so it never goes away.
