Seriously, there isn't one game that couldn't be improved upon. So no. Though, Half-Life 2 series and the original StarCraft would be the least of them.

Ocarina of Time - The first game I ever played, and the first real adventure I ever took part of. I still hold it up as an experience I want to have again.

FInal Fantasy VII - The first game I ever finished on my own, even today I still can't criticize it because the memories I have of it are too fond.

Chrono Trigger - 'nuff said.

Zelda Ocarina of time: Repetitive
Where is it repetitive? I reckon Golden Eye can be said to be repetitive when your shooting the same soldiers over and over because they stand in front of all the obstacles and everything else.

Repetitive. Starcraft: Unbalanced.
Someone else finally said it. The Terran weapons factory has all the most useful units in the game I reckon.

World of Warcraft: Takes too long, too expensive.
Takes too long and too expensive a flaw? Have to disagree there, the longer the better I say, it's like having more to do in the game. As for expensive, that's not part of the game also it's not expensive now.

I disagree with the thesis of the original post but I need to do some equivocation to do so. "Criticize" has two common meanings. The first is to point out the flaws and shortcomings. This is the meaning used in the original post. I prefer to use the other meaning of criticize, which is to examine closely taking careful note of all the features and how they work together. In this sense, all games can be criticized. I think the really good games should be to understood how and why they work. In so doing, hopefully, more good games can then be made. Unfortunately, that understanding rarely occurs in developers as they'll latch onto one or two usually inconsequential elements of a popular game and just copy it. This is how bad games get made.

But as I was writing this, I think I had a revelation... Goldeneye. Yes, I don't think I can criticize it. Okay, except for the "Train" mission on 00 Agent. I mean COME ON! It takes her to 3 seconds left to find out where cuba is!!! The last objective is LITERALLY all about a split-second decision that could force you to do the ENTIRE LEVEL over again! It's not even an easy level! It's pretty damn hard!
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH!!!!!!

I have never, ever finished that game, because the only level I didn't beat on all 3 difficulties was that.

It's still there, in my cupboard, waiting to be finished. I could be trying to do it right now. But I won't. I can't.

OT: Super Smash Bros. It made me swear a lot, but that was because I lost the fight, not because the game was bad.

When I saw it, I knew what it was to feel bliss.

Even my most favourite games have their small flaws. But since true perfection doesn't exist, I'm not bothered by it. Maybe these little imperfections even add up to the experience. Of course that doesn't count for the beeping you hear when you're nearly out of health in the Zelda games before Wind Waker, that's just plain annoying.

Maybe Pokemon Gold... though if I played through it now I'd curse the lack of running shoes... Heart Gold?

Lylat Wars (Starfox 64) I don't think I can criticise.

Genso Suikoden 2 is one that immediately popped into my mind. Loved that game all the way through.

Zelda: Ocarinia and Majora's Mask too.

I can't think of any criticism for Chrono Trigger or Planescape: Torment. They were just extremely well-done games.

Portal was good, although it was engaging and made you think, I got kinda bored of it too quickly. And Garys Mod is good, but to get the most out of it you need to download new things for it, and I don't know how to put them into the game :L
