So what else do you play? As previously stated, I'm a long time Warhammer 40k player.

I play Call of Cthulu with friends every now and then. It's a very interesting game, especially if you like Lovecraft's stories and everything. The game is quite enjoyable until an Elder One spawns and you can't really do anything, since its got so much HP.

Most of my friends aren't interested in games beyond Halo, Call of Duty, or Smash Bros. I would probably give tabletops a try, but I would have some really jacked up priorities if I invested in them right now. They sit at around picking up another instrument, language, or sport.

God, I feel boring now.

Bloody Hell! How the hell do you solve that scenario? I mean, obviously the Old Ones have to be integrated in a Call of Cthulhu game, but facing the players with one? How the hell are you supposed to fight that? Or is the only option given to you "go crazy and die"?

I want to learn and play Magic (does playing the XBLA game count?) but as much as the cards sell around here, I can't seem to find anyone who actually plays it. I can get people to play Dominion however and it does feed the desire to play a CCG type game (even if the cards aren't collectable and sold in complete sets with the game).

I also enjoy spending the better part of the day playing Conquest of the Empire, Runebound or Zombies!! (Yeah I like board games with lots of bits lol)

It's almost impossible, I've never succeeded. The game is basically over once they appear. I'm not completely positive but each Old One's health point is worth like 4 successful attacks and they've got a crap ton.

That is an awesome game, but I wish they'd let you play as any other faction than Rome.
