Well there is Ocelot form Metal Gear Solid who's real name is Adam.

Adam was his code name in operation snake eater...not his real name

if it's Adamska/i then that could be passable but I don't think his real name is Adam or a soviet equivalent, not really.

Yeah it is. I mean if the Wiki is to be trusted. And they say it in the first one once. Adamska russian for Adam. If you don't want to count a translation then OK but it is his name.
