Well there is Ocelot form Metal Gear Solid who's real name is Adam.

I can't think of any video games, but I do share my first name with a certain "humorous" cartoon character. Cookie to who guesses right first.

Last name's Parker, not particularly uncommon, but I can't think of any.

Middle name is Griffin, if you find that I will give you... something cool... and if it's spelled the same way, I'll give you... something cooler...

They have had about a dozen Spiderman games so Parker is not hard. If you don't want to count that then the main guy form Red Faction.

It's Zach, I can think of two Zacks but not any Zachs. I'm having one of those bizzare moments where I'm saying my name out loud and realizing that Zach is indeed my name, and it sounds crazy.

if it's Adamska/i then that could be passable but I don't think his real name is Adam or a soviet equivalent, not really.

Yeah it is. I mean if the Wiki is to be trusted. And they say it in the first one once. Adamska russian for Adam. If you don't want to count a translation then OK but it is his name.
