can somebody recommend me a video game podcast, one that talks about/or reviews (weekly) games and talks about them.

The TGS podcast fits that criteria pretty well.
There have been 18 episodes thus far, each ranging in length from 2-3 hours.
New episodes are filmed live on twitch.tv/totalbiscuit, and are posted on youtube 3-5 days after airing.

I listen to The Final Score. They don't do formal reviews, but rather go around the table and talk about what they've been playing that week, their impressions, etc. This can range from games that came out the day before to games they've been hacking away at for a long time. They also do a bit of game news and a quick game retrospective where they pick an old game and talk about it, including some audio of it.

There is another podcast on the same network, Ladies of Leet, that I think does something similar, maybe closer to doing formal reviews, but it has an all-female cast. My info on them is second-hand. >.<

Saving Progress podcast done by Northenlion and his buddies.
It started recently but it seems alright so far. They got some decent chemistry, and at times they do go on about their LPs a bit, but they're funny enough and give some decent views on games.

Another for the TGS podcast. Goes off topic sometimes, but it's mostly on topic. Very informative and very funny.

Well, other than TalkRadar (which I know you know about) and LaserTime (which ditto, and only sometimes), the only podcast that I know of that talks about games sometimes is the Rooster Teeth podcast. Other than those three (four if you want to count the UK version of TalkRadar), I got nothing.

TGS and Saving Progress, as this thread has already said.
Saving Progress can be found at http://youtube.com/northernlion
The GameStation can be found at http://youtube.com/thegamestation

They're watched as much for the entertainment value as they are their view on games though, they're not uber serious about it or anything, but they are definitely worth a listen.
