Videos aren't loading.

Hello Escapist, I have a question. When I try to load a video on this site, any video really. I usually get the black screen with the buffering symbol circling around and around. However, a few seconds into the loading the buffering symbol goes off center and the video never loads. Does anybody know how to fix this or has this happen to them? Thank you.
