Xemans from Kingdom Hearts 2 due to what he was going to be God, and how he used Xoin. Mephliss the Dark form Sonic next Gen was good. He used the whole Time line to his advange and killed Sonic! Somthing Eggman has been trying to do for years and failed at.

Is it a cop-out to say Joker in Arkham Asylum? Mark Hamill was phenomenal in that role...again.

If it is then I have nothing original to say.
Andrew Ryan/Saren were both potential answers for me. Well-written, impossibly intimidating, and totally unique. Saren was a just a step away from rehabilitation, while Ryan was a single step away from madness. Though, I suppose, in the end they made the same choice.

Oh,and I'm really reaching now for an interesting answer, but how about your own alcoholism in Condemned 2? That might sound like a cop out, but you actually fight a manifested avatar of your own drinking problem and it taunts you, whips your ass and is completely unbeatable until you smash it in the face with a Whisky Bottle. Now THAT'S symbolism (hint:No it's not)

Dr. Killjoy from The Suffering. He would be my avatar if I could find one. ::sadness:: I bet if Vincent Price had been alive at the time, they would have gotten him to do the voice.

"And, who are we kidding? We're not really trying to be humane anyway."
I rather liked Dr Killjoy, too. Charismatic, a movie buff, classy, snappily dressed, completely and murderously bonkers.

BTW - have this....

I'm going to second Jack of Blades. That dude was a fucking badass. Here's hoping the power of the Spire brings him back in Fable 3 (which if the letter from Rose means anything, it might ^^).
i was seriously hoping that fable 3 would take place in the Old Kingdom. Cuz that way, you still get to see Jack of Blades!

I'd have to go with the Joker. Because if I was a genocidal maniac, I would totally be like him.
Bad puns and all.

I think the letter from Rose said something along the lines of "Hey, Sparrow! There's this evil looking dude with a mask who knows of our bloodline and says that your child's going to be king!" I could be paraphrasing.
I wouldn't rule Jack out quite yet.

Sephiroth, he is one of the only villians I actually really wanted to kill and yet wanted to high five.

The town of Silent Hill, this is just self explanatory.

Im also a big fan of all the villians in MGS1 for the PS.

Sephiroth...

And Alma gets an honorable mention because you actually feel sorry for her because of what they did to her.

Jon Irenicus from Baldur's Gate II - stealing someone's soul after blowing up part of a populated city district (under which he had his evil torture and cloning dungeon) and taking over an asylum for insane mages is bad enough, but then he goes and attacks an elvish kingdom to try and become a God, then drags you down into Hell with him when you kill him and transforms into a huge evil monster with a horde of demons under his command.
Agreed, if you think about it, Sarevok was pretty evil too. He kills poppa Gorion, starts an economic crisis to look like a good guy, plots a slave trade with the crisis, kills his own foster father and his business associates, blames the PC for it, kills all of the inhabitants of the PC's home, takes over the police force, attempts to take over the city, tries to start a war with another country, tries to kill anyone who denies his claims, all to try to resurrect his dead real father.

Then he teams up with you in the last expansion.

Friggin awesome.

Haha yeah, he did come in handy in Throne of Bhaal. I felt good for redeeming him :)
