Virus I can't get rid of

As the title says I have a really annoying virus I can't get rid off. It is a trojan going by the name of DWM (desktop windows manager) which is a normal process but this one is developed by "Home Computing" (not the one its meant to be developed by).
The process only starts when I am connected to the internet and it makes my laptop go up to 100% CPU usage. At the moment I have to end the process whenever it starts up but I can't find it on my computer and no anti virus can ever fully delete it because it just comes back.
Anybody know what to do?

Have you tried scanning in Safe Mode?

I'd also try scanning it with an external antivirus, many viruses infect your antivirus rendering it somewhat useless.

Yes but it always comes back when I turn my computer on.

As painful as it may be, sometimes you just have to do a wipe and fresh install.
