They'd need to gather the money independently of Vivendi which would be pretty much impossible since their money is almost entirely owned by Vivendi, their IP's are owned by Vivendi, everythin by Activision/Blizzard is owned by Vivendi. The actual people workin there could technically find some way to gather the money themselves, but we're talkin billions of dollars here. There's no way anythin short of another multibillion dollar corporation could afford the price to buy it up.
