Screw David Hayter, especially as Snake. The man can't emote to save his life.

He should stick to writing screenplays. (X-men, X2:United, and one version of Watchmen.)

EDIT: I forgot to mention that he voices Karras too. KARRAS. The guy who sounds like Droopy Dog after six months of pseudoreligions brainwashing. Is there anything the man can't do?

Worst: Whoever voiced the female Elves in Oblivion. Seriously, I think she did about six days' worth of voice work and only managed to do anything good on one of those days. Listen to some of the dialogue just veer back and forth on the quality scale.

For worst i'd say Mark Meer, and for best i'd say Jennifer Hale, the woman's a genius.

Best has to be Mike Patton but my opinion is probably swayed cause I've heard his music and I've seen what he can do with his voice. Other than that all the voice actors from the Legacy of Kain series were pretty good.

Best voice acting in my opinion has got to have been Liam Neeson and Malcolm McDowell in Fallout 3, they both had their good and evil feeling to their voices.

Worst voice acting.... well thats got to be any characters from the original Resident Evil, cringeworthy gaming at its best!
