Man that really sucks. Dexter's Lab and Rugrats were easily two of my favourite cartoons growing up. Wish her friends and family the best.

Today...was not a great day for science. So long, and thanks for all the voice.

This used to be played on Cartoon network . Good times .

Let's not forget:

Ooh, my childhood, it burns!

Now all Cartoon Network has is a bunch of nonsensical crap that looks like it came out of the fevered dreams of a meth addict overdosing. The only shows they have worth watching came from other networks.

Johnny Test is the only thing that even slightly resembles the old cartoon cartoons, and it's an obvious Dexter's Lab ripoff.

"Ladies and gentlemen, my dad, the mutant cow"
- Gosalyn (corrected for spelling)

That line's been cracking me up for years.

You will be missed.

Ugh ugh ugh. This wasn't what I wanted to hear just before New Years and it's not something I want to remember in the beginning of New Years.

Something tells me she either died of unknown diesease or suicide (and they don't want to say it yet.) Either way it's a shame. She had a lot of her life left to live and her departure is another lost piece of my childhood. Gone too soon.

Easily the best voice actress of the 1990's. She voiced the characters that I grew up identifying with. For that I am very greatful. My heartfelt condolences to her family.

Thank you Christine, for all the joy you brought to me and every other kid who grew up watching your work.

You will be missed.

Damn. I for one am surprised she had such a history. I rarely pay attention to such things as who voices who, but to find out she had much to do with many favorites. Seems I was an unknown fan to a great artist. Will be missed, but will be remembered. I'm going to take some time and watch the DVD sets I have of Dexter and the rest.

I think the only other thing I can say besides praising such a magnificent talent is to say that she'll be missed by many. We all wish you peace Christine.

That's so sad :( :( :( I loved those cartoons, and Babe as well. I didn't realise the voice actress was the same, but now it all makes sense. She did such fantastic work. Now I'm thinking about the 'Omlette du Fromage' episode from a voice-acting perspective, and wow - imagine only being able to say one phrase for the majority of the script. That takes talent to pull off. RIP, Christine. Re-watching my childhood cartoons will be bitter-sweet.

This was genuinely saddening news, but I was soldiering through responses...until I got to this comment.

Thanks for that, man.

I'm completely fine though.

Oh, Chuckie Finster. I thought it was Chuckie the possessed doll. Damn shame regardless.
