I'm not joining FYI but what's an interest thread?

Exactly what it says on the tin: a thread meant to gauge interest in a given topic before the GM actually creates a game. In this case, due to the reportedly spectacular failure of Surge 2, it means ThreeWords is moving a bit more cautiously this time, or at least that's what I would assume.

Also, @ThreeWords: I may end up joining this, just to see what the hell you and everyone else have been talking about for all these months. Or I may not. Depends on how much time I have. Anyway, just a heads-up.
