You, get out, who cares if it's pointless...he's a KID. What else is he supposed to do?
Learn a useful skill? Read a book? Ride a bike?

When I was a kid I devoted my time to learning skills which actually come in handy during later life. Not some pseudo-circus act with no relevance whatsoever.

Also, in reply to your comments that people think they "own the place", might I point out an element of hypocrisy? You're telling people to "get off/out" with no real reason. I suggest you consider your own actions more carefully before criticising others so quickly.

I am not really impressed by this...I can solve a rubik's cube, and I am good a guitar hero. I can't really do them at the same time, but what is the point of that when you can be good at both seperately?
Yeah, same here, kinda. I'm still impressed, but not entirely.
Also, one time my friends challenged me to play Closer on expert with my feet, and I beat it. I didn't do great, but I beat the song. I wonder if I can learn to solve a Rubik's cube in each hand simultaneously and then combine it. And maybe play piano with my face.

Screw it

B) its fakes and hes reading his "solution" notes off cam
It's hardly faking when he shows us the damn mirror at the start.
You realise "solution" is not referring to the game mode...-.-

It's referring to the cubes....dumbass -.-
You don't even have to read a solution for a rubik's cube after you've solved your first one. It's not hard at all to memorize a solution. After a few days with my first Rubik's Cube I could solve it in under 2 minutes, only glancing back at it every time I had completed an algorithm. Another week and I could do it in around the same time with one hand

I don't even think it's possible to 'fake' solving a rubik's cube while somebody's watching you solve it. If anything, having to look at the solution every 5-10 seconds would make it harder to do with one hand while doing something else with the other. It would also mean he hadn't had it long enough to memorize how to solve it, making this video more impressive.

Not to poke holes in this, because it is amazing, but I can point out a couple of things. First off, as one of the first responders said, someone else could have been playing the game. Also, the rubics cubes could have been reverse solved in a specific permutation he'd memorized. Also, he could be autistic. But any way you look at it, still amazing.

I don't view things as you do. We are different people with different view points. For example many people don't find RE 5 racist, but strangely I do. It depicts African people as savages who still live in grass tents and throw spears at the player while they run around in grass skirts. It shows a stereotype that Africa is still extremely inferior and less advance than any other place in the world. Now I know that is a bit hypocritical with the statement I made, but that is my point, we have different view points on racism. And no saying "Oh, he's a n***er, of course he can run fast!" is not that same as "Not to be racist, but he is Asian, so thats normal." You used a hateful word to describe a person of a specific origin. Stereotyping and hate are two different things than can be used together, but I didn't. Now if I used the word ch***k then it would be a hateful remark and very insulating.

A) hes autistic in some shape.
Why is it that every time someone does something cool everyone is like "yep autism."
Not everyone is frigin rain man. I swear people think it grants you some sort of special ability now a days, or it has just reached a point where it is just slapped on anyone.

Props to the kid whether or not he is autistic.
Okay, would it make you feel better if I instead called him a loser with no friends and way too much time on his hands?

I know a kid with autism. Its hard for him to fit in with others at times, but he manages and has some good friends. The reason most people with autism don't bother socialising is because people don't understand their condition and think of them as stupid, whiny and overly-sensitive. This really upsets him, because he's a really nice kid with good intentions who just doesn't fully understand everything.

I can't play Guitar Hero at all, or solve a rubix cube. If I even tried to do both at the same time I'd probably go insane.

I don't understand why everyone is going "oh wow, he must be a GOD" etc over this. It's not at all impressive from a Guitar Hero perspective (Mr. Crowley is not the hardest song in the world), and it's not that impressive from a Rubiks Cube perspective. Putting the two together, it's not bad, but it is hardly the most amazing thing ever.

Perhaps if he played a harder song (Satch Boogie would be a good one, as he won't need to strum overly much), FCing it while solving the Rubiks cubes then it would be more impressive. As it is, it's just some kid doing two things at once. Big deal.

once you get into expert on GH its not something you rli think about, just playing on visuals, i suppose if you are good enough that leaves almost all of your atention mentaly actualy free to do whatever
so I think the skill issue i would see here is that all my rubix cubes are like 3 years old (i say all, i mean both) and as such turning them can be an issue using even both hands, and so one handedly solving a rubix cube whilst sparing GH level atention to prevent perfect cuba alignment... is impressive

now do eight, one for each hand/foot, GHing with your tounge, strumming with your... manlyness, suspended above the controller on a tom cruise in mission imposible trapese bar.

He's skilled, but what if he took a solved cube, turned it specific and memorized moves, then did it backwards on cam? Viola cube solved without much thought.

Now, imagine that you're strumming the guitar controller with your elbow. And you're playing the game by looking in a mirror. And you're dividing your attention between Cube and Hero simultaneously. Can you really blame the kid for only hitting 77% of the notes?

My mind is blown. I think that means it's officially weekend time.
It's way better than anything I could do. I'm not too bad at Guitar Hero, but in a mirror, that's trickier. And with an elbow and rubik's cubes? I can't even solve one, although that's probably because the stickers on the one in my room are messed up so it's impossible to solve (same colour three times on the corner, and stuff like that).

Anyway, I agree, my mind is blown. And to think the most amazing thing I saw today was a flying car. This is much more impressive :).

Fence here.

It's amazing (multi-tasking is one of the many tricks that I am horrible at) but then at the same time, I'm not entirely envious of the kid either.

im not at all saying i could do this myself because i suck at solving those cubes but it doesnt rly seems that hard. the song has alot of sustained notes with you only need to press once then hold which is when he diverts his attention to solving the cube. during hard parts hes not even looking at it and he barely even passes the song.
