COD 4: Hardcore Team Deathmatch

The match starts with 3 teammates and me running for a control building. The enemy is already occupying the building. I throw a grenade into the balcony level of the building where it hits two terrorists in the head, kills them from impact, rolls through the door, off of the balcony and kills both me and my 3 teammates.

I was playing Halo 3 , defending the base with the shotgun. I turn around to follow some of the enemy blips I see on my motion tracker and walk right into an ally. I panic and shoot him in the face. I sent the poor guy a message after to apologise.

I once tried the "Throw c4 through a window and detonate" trick and killed someone on my first try, sadly it was on hardcore and it turned out one of my allies was in the window.

World of Warcraft in Maraudon. I was being run through by an 80 druid who's pulling mobs like crazy in bear form. I decide, 'hey, I'll help!' and cast Volley over him and the crowd of monsters. Making them all agg to me.

My health went from 2500 to 42 in two seconds. There was a literal wall of red numbers coming from my head.

I used the MIRV.

I do remember typing "with the MIRV", but my keyboard has been acting funny lately.

Mine was in Halo3.
I was playing Grifball in action sack, I got excited and swung the hammer, well, I almost killed our ball carrier (our Grif) and I killed 3 teammates. I got booted.
