So AI has made some amazing leaps and bounds over the years- it writes scripts, tells jokes and creates recipes. And now AI is foraying into the world of art, with one such effort known as DALL-E, which can take any text prompt and generate an image based on it (though it's, uh, "creative" in its interpretation). There's an online version known as DALL-E mini, a simpler version which has gotten a lot of attention from the Internet primarily by being a creator of nightmarish imagery. So after seeing it in a Markiplier video, I decided to give it a whirl myself.
Let's start off with something relatively easy:
That's... not bad, for the most part. (Don't ask me what's going on with that middle one, though.) Next:
I could use some of these as profile pictures, to be honest. Okay, let's try something more abstract:
Weird eyes aside, any one of those top three could really match the concept; that's pretty impressive. (That bottom right one, uh... yeah, I dunno.) Now, for something completely different:
