i remember playing a game when i was small on millenium eve, at the time it seemed to be quite recent. I am really struggling to work out what the game actually was so was wondering if anyone here would know it from this very vague description of what I remember:

you played a woman
you are either rescuing your brother from ogre things or getting revenge because they killed him
you rode a dragon, making half the gameplay mounted combat
you don't have the dragon at the beginning
