Wanting a lacrosse videogame

Is there anyone else besides me that wants some kind of professionally done lacrosse game to come out? In all reality, it wouldn't even be too hard for a developer to make, you could basically just copy/paste any hockey games mechanics and tweak it a bit here and there.

I wouldn't even mind if it were college lacrosse so you could avoid all the major league rights and names, etc, just something. With how big the sports game industry has become, I'm surprised no one has stepped into this field yet.

I think it would be a fun game to play. I like watching lacrosse, so playing a lacrosse game would be fun.

Sadly, I think it isn't being done, as it probably wouldn't sell all that well. Lacrosse isn't exactly the most popular sport out there. :/

I understand that lacrosse wouldn't be considered the "most popular" sport around, but it is by no means unpopular. I think a company could make a LOT more money than most people think.
