While the genestealer's slash did manage to bite into Weizoth's armor, it's supernatural toughness made it only a shallow wound. Releasing his improvised genestealer weapon to let it slam into a wall, Weizoth punched at the genestealer with it's blade lodged in his arm, his strike carrying enough force to easily pulverize stone. "You requested a cooperative effort, did you not?...Then cooperate with me...hold it for as long as you can..."
as John turned the corner he saw Gold and Weizoth fighting off Genestealers "ah so here is where these things are perfect" he said before one of them lunged toward him, putting his staff in the ground and run at the creature as he dragged his fist it collected bits of earth and stuck to his arm like armor then uppercutting the genestealer with full arm of earth knocking the creature's head right off.
after that pulling his staff out of the ground he brought up a huge block of earth turning it into a giant hammer "hello there sorry i'm a little late to the party, i got lost" he shouts while crushing a Genestealer's head with his new hammer

Being more alert then the last time the Meta turned invisible, Greed rolled to the side when he heard the humm of the Meta's cloak deactivating. Not this time! Greed ran towards one of the toppled pillars, hardening the skin of the arm he had just healed along the way. Reaching one of the toppled pillars, Greed kicked against it, breaking off a portion of the pillar. Picking up this chunck of stone, he threw this at the Meta.
kendrik headed to the stands to watch. He wondered if he would be up against any of those currenty fighting at the moment.
Weizoth's strike would crush the genestealer's head as well as remove its arm forcibly, although the hand continued dangling from its grip on the armor. Gold grunted, feeling his body beginning to ache at the maintenance of the shield. "Okay boss, just, hurry up would you?"
John killed both the genestealers, but also attracted the attention of another group of ten that had been about to charge at Weizoth from farther down the corridor. this ten charged him, keeping close to act if he killed one of their fellows. From behind John, a thumping that was deeper then a Genestealers walk could be heard...

John killed both the genestealers, but also attracted the attention of another group of ten that had been about to charge at Weizoth from farther down the corridor. this ten charged him, keeping close to act if he killed one of their fellows. From behind John, a thumping that was deeper then a Genestealers walk could be heard...

john quickly raises a wall of earth blocking the giant creature from moving forward then several more walls to keep that thing at bay.
john turned his attention to the group of ten Genestealers jumping over Gold and Weizoth then crushing one of Genestealers with his hammer then punching a wall of the corridor and a giant fist shoots out and takes out another two of them and launches a few fireballs at three more and uses earth magic to crush the rest of them between the walls, then just to be safe walks up and finishing them off "ok there are dead things" i say to the others

Weizoth pulled the arm from where it had lodged itself in his armor. Holding it by the shoulder, he walked over out in front of Gold. "Someone is distracting those approaching us from behind for the moment...lower the barrier and I shall deal with these..." He said as he hoisted the genestealer's arm up and held it like a flail.
Gumi shook her slightly. "Naw, never been to either. Suppose one day it will be my time" she said to Carmen, giving a small drunken giggle.
Carmen smirked as she downed a little more of her drink. [color=bb0066] "Perhaps you'll be reborn as either an angel or a demon. It would be fun to have someone like you to fight alongside... which reminds me, would you like to have a friendly bout?" [/color] The succubus asked, smirking faintly.
Gumi tilted her head slightly. "Now what in the hay is a Friendly?" she asked Carmen, as she wasn't sure what it could mean. "Reborn as a Demon or Angel? now would that be something...." she muttered, dreaming about such an idea.
Carmen simply stood up and smirked. [color=bb0066] "Normally a fight in this arena goes to the death... even if you do come back after being killed in here, I'd prefer to fight you without trying to kill you... unless you prefer a fight to the death. I'll oblige either request." [/color]
Noting Gumi thinking about it, Carmen smiled warmly toward her. [color=bb0066] "Well... all you would need to do is have your soul transferred into the body of a demon. Were I able to jump to Purgatory from here, I'd let you try out being a demon at least. Though you would probably be more likely to be an angel." [/color]

"Really? now how in the day of harvest does that work? heck even the Doc can't do that!" Gumi replied, as the idea of re-spawning after death was one of the great discoveries she had heard of. "And you wanna fight little old me? well I don't think I'm in the best of shape to do a fight to the death, but if you allow guns I can go for a "who falls first" match?" she suggested to Carmen. "You can do that? well heck sure I'll give that a go, when I die for real of course....and why would I be an Angel?" Gumi tilted her head slightly.
Carmen smiled faintly as she motioned for Gumi to follow her to the Arena. [color=bb0066] "I'm not sure how the respawning works myself... but it works. I've been killed twice in this arena. And a 'who falls first' match? I'll accept those terms." [/color]

"Well that's some fine tech to respawn once your dead" Gumi said as she followed Carmen. "Aw wells that's nice of ya to say, but to be honest you seem like you shouldn't of been a demon, seeing as your so kind" Gumi replies with a small smile.

In my past human life long long ago... it must have been filled with tragedy and hatred for me to become what I am today. It's like I've said, I'm an oddity."
