Kenna, unless she was very good a being stealthy, would make some noise as she moved around. This attracted some attention from a few cyber-soldiers who started to lazily stroll over.
Kenna, having stepped on a dry twig and attracted the soldier's attention, tried moving around one of them. She lunged at him from his left, trying to clock him in the head and KO him.
"I don't doubt that. However, I wouldn't be suprised if there were small time jobs on offer from which management would benefit far more then the worker would. That assumption being based both on what you said, and that.." Solaris commented, pointing towards the small radio studio Vinyl had set up near the end of her sentance. Looking back to the bar, Solaris picked up a bowl, and a bag of salted snacks, filling the bowl with them. With that done, she sat back down on a stool, and crossed her legs. "Joining an ongoing battle? Me? No thanks... As I said, I'm not one to rush into things." She stated, then held out the bowl towards Carmen. "Would you like some snacks to go with "the show"?"

While the other soldiers started rushing toward the scene, Kenna would be grabbed from behind by a very strong hand and yanked backward into some bushes.

Kenna gasped when the soldier gave the order to fire, but once the arrow appeared in the man's head, she jumped back. As she was grabbed and pulled into the bush, she grabbed her assailants arm, gripping tight and trying to release herself.
[color=bb0066] "Then why hire the potentially super powered and obviously angered fighters when you could just hire someone from the outside?" [/color] Carmen asked rhetorically as she strolled up to the bar and sat down next to Solaris. [color=bb0066] "Ah, thank you, dear. It's the only show you can see... Obviously not the greatest, but it's better than nothing." [/color] She chuckled a bit as she popped open her bag and popped a few peanuts into her mouth. [color=bb0066] "So am I right to assume that you'll start asking around to find out what everyone's capable of?" [/color]
Kenna would find the arm had zero give and would probably recognize it as being metal. The person continued to drag her away, their escape being covered by the soldiers panicked and blind firing in all directions.
When they were some distance away Kenna would stop being dragged. "Hey, you alright?" a gruff voice asked in a low tone and the metal arm moved away from her.

Kenna, realising the arm was metal and wouldn't give, reasoned that it'd be better to not piss off the guy using it to drag her away from certain death. When they stopped, Kenna stood, getting a good look at her rescuer. "Yeah, I'm fine."
"Why not try to squeeze every drop of worth out of out of your slaves? You never know who would be willing to accept, afterall. Perhaps they will expect good behaviour will earn them some form of privilage? People can be foolish like that." Solaris answered. "That one is eager to work, for one." She added, cocking her head towards the golem, before looking back up to the screen, resting the bowl on her lap. "Yes... Personally, I would prefer a good book, but this will do. And, no, since everyone with even a bit of cleverness to them would hold their cards close to their chests."
"Get down lady." the man growled as he shoved Kenna into a kneeling position like his own. "No offense lady, but I get the feeling you're a civilian, aren't you?"
Kenna grunted as she was forced down, not liking being manhandled. "I'm not a soldier, but I do MMA and I've had a few life-or-death fights."

"Well mam, this should be far enough away where none of that will be necessary. You can stay here out of danger while I take out those cyber-soldiers." Rex said and he readied with future bow (which is just a regular bow with neon lights on it).

Realising it was better to let the solider handle the other soldiers, Kenna nodded.

On the second screen, Ness was shown firing off numerous rounds from an SMG, plastering the goons and soldiers to the walls, floor and even ceiling in a blue slime. She managed to subdue the 50 people she was up against, declared victorious but obviously injured, bleeding from more than a few wounds. Cuts and two bullet wounds stained her labcoat half-red as the medics came in to fix her up as good as new after the fight ended. She sighed as she walked off and exited the second Arena, leaving it open.

"Which is why one wouldn't let do anything of great importance, offering simple task instead. Saves cost hiring people to do it. And as I said, a little motivation goes a long way in many cases. If those here would be offered to earn themselves an unfair advantage over the others, would you say all of them would decline? I very much doubt it." Solaris commented. Taking a few nuts herself, she chewed and shallowed, before continuing. "Pretend to be friendly to better your own chances? Is that what you're doing right now?" She questioned, looking from the screen after Ness' battle ended, looking to Carmen's eyes. While not being a master of reading people, Solaris knew a good amount tricks of the trade in that field. Regardless of Carmen's answer or what Solaris might find, however, she continued, looking back to the screen once more. "And I enjoy educational material, or the occasional novel."
So, that one was outnumbered by a great deal, yet choose to eliminate the enemies with non-lethal force, furthering her disadvantage because of it. That's a thing to note... Still, the fact that despite that, she still lives means she's not to be taken lightly.

Carmen sighed and nodded a bit. [color=bb0066] "I can't deny that... I'd probably take that offer myself were it not offered by my captors." [/color] She laughed a good bit before looking into Solaris' eyes. Her body language was relaxed and almost carefree as she was sitting with her back on the bar. Her eyes showed the same sort of feeling, seemingly uncaring about anything around her, including Solaris herself. In the short time she stared, Carmen then put on a childish pout, her eyes obviously showing she was joking. [color=bb0066] "How mean, accusing me of such a lowly tactic! All I wanted was to talk to someone new, is that so wrong?" [/color] She sighed and relaxed a bit afterward, the words coming from her fluidly and naturally. [color=bb0066] "But you being a rather rational person, I'm not inclined to care. Your suspicion's more than valid and we're enemies in the grand scheme of things. Interesting... I usually read fantasy and the like." [/color]

"And there we have it. Someone who doesn't stop to think about things would almost be garuanteed to accept." Solaris commented, then frowned upon hearing the golem. "I have no words..." Shaking her head, she brought a small hand of peanuts to her mouth, and ate them before speaking again. "Fantasy? That doesn't interest me in the slightest. If I wished to hear fantasy, I would go out into the street and listen to people talk. A large portion of what you'll hear will be baseless fantasising. And you answered your own question, there. We're expected to fight one another, thus we're enemies, thus one shouldn't be so quick to place trust in one another." She said, then looked back to Carmen, a small smile on her face. "That is, unless you're open to an alliance."
Looking to Ness as she entered the lounge and plopped down onto the couch, Solaris looked over to her. "Congratulations on your victory."
