Kenna dodged Ragnar's arm, and grabbed at the wrist. "Don't go that far. This, however, is fair game." She twisted the arm sharply, trying to break the wrist.
Ragnar's dense, mineralised bones did not break, but he did strain to resist the torque on his wrist, arm shaking as he began to force it back the other direction.
"I was right to think that you were not as fierce as I had heard." He said, growling with effort. "But no one mentioned that you were so strong!" He brought his other fist around and hook punched Kenna in the ribs.

Ragnar's fist connected with Kenna's ribs, winding her and knocking her back as she let go. She tried to recover, talking inbetween breaths and backing away from Ragnar. "Like I said... I try to control it... I like a good fight... but killing people? That'd be mad."
"Maybe so. We do not die for long here, but those machines... I do not know if I trust them." Ragnar replied, advancing and aiming a casual, quick blow at Kenna's chest. "I do not say that you are tame though, just not as savage as the general conversation and commentaries have suggested."

Kenna blocked the blow with her arms, bracing herself. "People've been talking about me?" She did a quick jab to Ragnar's gut.
Well... Ragnar grunted as he took Kenna's jab to the gut, before pushing past it with a quick step forward and a hammer fist sweeping down towards Kenna's shoulder. "I just heard it the one time. It was after one of your fights, and someone was talking about the match. I did not look to see who it was."
"Probably Carmen then." Kenna said, dodging the hammer blow and delivering a cross-counter punch to Ragnar's jaw.
"The daemon? Yes, it may have been." Ragnar replied with a noncommittal shrug, before he saw Kenna's punch coming and quickly leaned back, pulling his jaw up out of her reach. At the same time he brought his back leg around for a snap kick to Kenna's hip.
Kenna saw the kick coming, and grabbed Ragnar's leg, stopping it in place. She then tried to spin the man around and throw him away.
Ragnar's kick would impact hard enough to stagger Kenna, so that when she pushed back Ragnar would be able to keep his balance and recover. As he pivoted back to a balanced position he brought his opposite arm around, planted it firmly in Kenna's side and thrust her sideways hard enough to lift her off the ground.
Kenna was taken off the ground by Ragnar's attack, but managed to twist in midair and stick the landing.
As Kenna touched down on the ground, Ragnar went in for another series of swift, painful blows to the body, with a few lighter ones thrown at her face to put her off balance.
"A question, Kenna." He said mildly as he advanced. "What is your opinion on the highborn looking woman who's been walking around with the green slime on her all day? Solaris?"

Kenna blocked or dodged most of the hits, but she still took a few to the face and body, being pushed back,"Haven't talked to her directly. Can't say much." She jumped back to get out of Ragnar's range, then dashed back forward and spun in a half-circle to deliver a roundhouse kick to his chest.
Ragnar braced himself and allowed the kick to land, growling with discomfort at the impact and letting much of his held breath go in a hiss of air between his fangs, but held his position and was able to counter with a quick sweep of his front foot, aiming to knock Kenna's other leg out from under her. "You do not get a... a scent from her?" He asked when he drew in another breath. "Something not quite right?"

"Hmm... While it works and rolls off the tongue nicely, it might get a little confusing, considdering the meaning of the word. Someone might think you were reffering to the makeup of your body, rather then your species." Solaris said after some thought, looking to Pix's face in the reflection of the mirror.

"Huh..." Eddie responded initially as he watched the fight progress, occasionally taking a sip from his beer. "Ya know... I'm not so sure on those bets all of us sudden. This isn't going the way I thought it'd go, at all. That chick's fuckin' strong!"

Kenna was knocked down by Ragnar, but raised both arms in time to grab his fist, stopping it just above her chest. "I haven't been paying attention, but she seems... un-natural." she grunted out.
"That's what I have been trying to figure out." Ragnar replied, leaning over Kenna and adding the weight of his dense upper body to the force applied to his forearm. "She does not smell quite the same as the daemon, or any of the xenos abominations that I have hunted, including the one skulking around this arena, but there is definitely something inhuman... unclean about it. I have been wondering how to proceed. Thought maybe you would have some extra insight."
