Gwen blinked a few times at the mention of him being from the infernal pit.

"Does... does that get complicated around tax season? I guess you both are dependents on one another if there's this time-share on your soul." She joked, giving a bit of a chuckle.

[color=7ba428]"Both of us being legally dead helps out there."[/color] Avery replied, grinning. Before he could respond to Gwen, however, his skin turned pale and his lips and eyes faded to a blue colour. [color=5128a4]"He's American, I'm an Aussie."[/color] Oliver said.
The sisters all flinched a bit, save for Winona, who was not all that startled by such strange things.

[color=5128a4]"Nice to meet you too."[/color] Oliver said, looking at the Mason sisters and touching his face where Krieg had hit him. [color=5128a4]"We were both born and died in the 20th century. Though, it was the 21st century before we showed up here, where we're from."[/color]
Oliver nodded. [color=5128a4]"Just woke up, and got into a fight with the robot girl."[/color]
The palm slammed into the silver haired demon's midriff with an audible thud. That smirk on her lips continued to spread as the force caused her to hit the sand rolling. After a moment or two of rolling around, her wings flapped once more and shot her into the air. Lightly and casually, Carmen began to dust herself off. [color=bb0066] "That wasn't very nice, dear." [/color] She'd say in the same sort of relaxed tone she'd always seem to hold as those scarlet eyes drifted toward the hand extending toward her. Not fond of what would be coming out of said hand, the succubus' wings flapped hard and shot her hard to the side to avoid the beam. Another fireball was flung toward Timea as she continued to fly at a slightly faster speed than before.

After Carmen flew out of the way of the beam, Timea would trace it around to try and hit Carmen one more, staying stationary to allow for better aiming, although she likely wouldn't be able to hit her mark. Instead, when the fireball was thrown, Timea turned her hand towards it, shooting the fireball with the entropy beam. The fireball would decrease in size as it was sapped of chemical and thermal energy until it simply fizzled out in a shower of embers upon hitting Timea. "By all means; surrender if you don't like it. You'd be doing us both a favour." she commented in turn, discontinuing the beam and lowering her hand, the hole in her palm sealing up. She cast a glance at Carmen's magic circle, not knowing what it was, but figuring it would be best to minimize the chances of Carmen showing it.
Growing a pair of bat wings of her own - the skin on the arms roughly the same as her own skin tone, and the membrane a darker shade - Timea bended through her knees and raised the wings, then jumping up high, and flapping the wings to gain more height. In the air, Timea opened her mouth and from it, shot out four bursts of sunlight light in rapid succession, each flash 5,000 Lumens bright.
After this, Timea tilted her wings so the fingers were pointed upwards more, and flapped them strongly, sending her towards Carmen.

Suddenly, a hole opened beneath Junkil's feet. He fell down with a cry, that was cut off as the floor turned solid again. A moment later, he was unceremoniously dropped in the arena. He slowly stood back up, leaning on his staff as he scanned the arena. He spotted Vicky some distance away, and frowned. [color=000066]Oh no... This is no monster, this is a person! I cannot take her life![/color]

[color=5128a4]"That wasn't a fight, that was dinner."[/color] Oliver replied with a grin, displaying his bloody teeth. When Vicky appeared, Oliver sniffed the air. [color=5128a4]"Smells like new meat."[/color]

The arena twisted and changed, as the area between Vicky and Junkil turned into the deck of a wooden ship. It was roughly 36 (120 ft) metres long, and only five metres (6 ft) wide. The area around the vessel, identifiable as a Greek Trireme, was now a calm sea, though the ship was still swaying slowly.
"Two contestants have entered the arena! Ready, fight!"
Junkil used his staff to steady himself, as he was not at all used to being on a ship. He looked over at Victoria, who was on in the opposite end of the ship, and called out. [color=000066]"I am sorry! I do not have a choice, I must fight you!"[/color] He took a step forward, then closed his eyes and focused on the joys in his life.
