Lazer Pony still had his hands outstretched, to try and fell where he was going... He than bumped into Diana, his arms conveniently at chest level "Hey guys you should really stop leaving these over ripe grapefruits just lying around. You should put them in the fridge"

"Yeah, I know it was!" James called back as he returned. "Hence, 'Sergeant Self-Control'." Standing with his hands folded behind his back, he looked at the screen for a moment.
"Now that I think about it, I've been sitting around here drinking for too long anyway. Anyone up for a session down there? Could do with the exercise."

@Demon For reference, Diana is... not that big there.

"Not me. I don't really like fighting that much."

Diana pushed the man away violently. "How dare you?!"

 

[Random berk]

"I know, you've said as much." James said, and began to look around for others. He suppressed a grin at what had happened to Diana.

"Hey, not cool, pal. You can't just go around feeling up women like that." He said, keeping his voice stern.

Drayven entered the lounge with Aethion at his side. The younger elf was still a little pale from the shock of death in the arena. He had his helmet under his arm and it could be seen that he too had copper coloured hair. They went to the bar and Drayven pulled out a bottle of Italian Grappa.

"Hey! I didn't do anything wrong... I didn't right?" He said facing the opposite direction of who he was talking

Laguna saw the elves coming in, and noticed Aethion. He walked over. "You ok man?"

"You just attempted to molest me, pervert!" Diana stood, angry.

OoC: Wait a minute... Aethion...

 

[Random berk]

James didn't look amused by the blind man's back being turned.

"Hey! Back here! Situational awareness, man. You can hear us, you know where we are." He said loudly.

"I did?... When did this happen" He said still facing the opposite direction

"Seconds ago! Are you simple as well as perverted?!"

 

[Random berk]

Aethion looked up at Laguna as he approached.

"I am well, human, thank you. I just... it is unsettling, to experience one's own death like that, only to awaken moments later unharmed. It was not an easy passing either. I will be better after a drink to settle myself." As he spoke Drayven handed him a shot of Grappa and he knocked it back, grimacing as the sickly drink burned its way down his throat.

James shook his head before grabbing the man by the shoulders and whirling him around sharply.

"Idiot. Listen, and think about what you hear."

"Well my psychiatrist says I might be dumb, but so do the girl scouts, Mary Sue, Kieth, Buckaress, Distracella, and Gryognome. I am blind though"

 

[Gearhead mk2]

"Allright. I was just making sure."

"Wonderful. We have a cripple amoungst our ranks."

"Hey! I'm not crippled, I'm simply visually challenged!... I can shoot lasers out of my eyes though"

 

[Random berk]

Aethion thumped his mailed fist on the bar counter.

"Cas'Va Thrynn, that damned cowardly schemer! First the knife, then the sand. I would have cut him open from groin to neck if he had fought honourably!"

"He fought craftily, not honourably." Drayven cautioned him. "Even if one does not wish to fight using such tricks himself, he must at least be prepared for them, and know how to avoid or counter them if they are used by his enemy. You must do this, Aethion. To ignore dishonourable tactics in battle would surely doom you to a fate that you have experienced today."

"Perhaps. Next time, I'll cut his throat with his own hidden knife." Aethion muttered. He glanced at Laguna.

"And what about you? You are always with at least some of the warriors here, and you said that you did not serve the people who control this place, but you do not carry a weapon yourself. Are you a champion as well?"

 

[Gearhead mk2]

"Yeah. Don't really like fighting though. I wanted to be a journalist before I got drafted. And weaponry?" Laguna held out his hand, summoning his machine gun in a flash of blue.

"Being able to fight is of little use when you have no way of telling what's happening around you." Diana tured to James. "I am willing to fight."

 

[Random berk]

"You sure about that?" James asked Diana, one eyebrow raised questioningly.

Aethion and Drayven both reacted with surprise at the appearance of the machine gun.

"Ah, a bound device, Laguna? I am surprised, I did not think you were capable of magic." Drayven said, leaning across the counter slightly to examine the machine gun.

"I have never seen a weapon like that before." Aethion said, gazing at it in confusion. "What is it?"

 

[Knife-28]

"Not necessarily." Knife interjects, "Monks of the The Artificial Comet are actually capable fighters, believe me, despite them being blind. They believe that in lacking one of the 6 senses, the others will better themselves."

 

[Gearhead mk2]

"Just standing around this fool makes me want to punch something, so yes." Diana headed for the lockers.

"This is a Galbadian machine gun. Imagne a crossbow that can fire 30 tiny bolts in a few seconds. As for it being magic... I don't really know how it works, but I have a whole load of guns I can summon at any time."
