[Knife-28]

"Aw man, It's me Knife, remember! We were in Rome I'm pretty sure and there was that bloke with the nanomachines that could turn into some mechanical wolf thing." Knife says, before grabbing Tophat in a tight hug. "But it's good to see a familiar face, or should I say hat."
"Ahem."
"Ah that's right, you haven't met Doug have you." Knife says, stepping back and waving a hand at the monstrous bird, "Doug, this is one of the blokes I was romping around with before I went into the future and met your sorry ass."

 

[Kirke]

"Rome? Ah yes. Christ, that was long ago... Good to see you again, Knife. And nice to meet you, Doug."

 

[Demonjazz]

Clover was practicing some skills with his duplicates. The other duplicates were Ninja, Superhero and martial artist. Despite looking like a regular person Clover was actually putting up a good fight against them, his weapon of choice was a simple pistol

 

[Knife-28]

"Good to see you too man." Knife says, before looking over at Clover. "So, whos the bloke with the clones?"

 

[Demonjazz]

"They are emotional projections! My favorite is the part of me that wants to be a ninja. He's way awesome" He did a roll and shot Superhero

 

[Knife-28]

"Right, well I'm Knife 28, but just call me Knife." He says over the din of the projections's fighting. "So, what is this place?" Knife asks, turing back to Tophat.

 

[Demonjazz]

"Some sort of arena..." He takes a moments pause for all of his projections to go back into him "But anyway, names Clover Lindsey Smith... I will freaking kill if you laugh!"

 

[Knife-28]

"Clover Lindsey Smith? I've met some strange people with some strange names but...fuck were your parents drunk or something when they named you?"

 

[Demonjazz]

"They wanted a girl Okay! I was apparently a disappointment to them! Even after getting a super power"

 

[Knife-28]

"Damn, that sounds rough mate."

"Wait, so that isn't a girl?" Doug adds, cocking his head to the side in mock confusion.

 

[Demonjazz]

"Yeah it was a bit" He than heard Doug. Another projection popped out of his body, this was pretty much a metal head... Who quickly started chocking Doug "I'm sorry but I couldn't hear you of the sound of you being chocked!"

Just pointing this out, Doug is a giant monster bird about three time the size of a normal man. The projection would be lucky to wrap it's hands around his leg let alone his throat.

Carmen yawned casually as she wandered into the lounge and poured herself a small drink. She ignored the commotion between Knife and Clover as she sipped her drink and looked at the blank screen. [color=bb0066] Odd... It's been a while since a battle's happened... [/color]

 

[Knife-28]

Knife shakes his head at Clover's projection's attempts to attack Doug, which were all reburked by the giant bird. Looking around, he spots one of the other residents of...whereever this is, a woman sipping a drink near the other side of the room. "So, anything good on the telly?" He asks, following her gaze to the large flatscreen.

Carmen opened her eyes and looked over at Knife, with uncaring red eyes. A white devil tail flicked a bit as she took another longer swig of her drink. [color=bb0066] "Sadly, no. It's a shame I've more or less been itching to see some sort of blood spilt. Do you understand that sort of feeling, sir?" [/color]

 

[Knife-28]

"Heh, I have an idea yea." Knife says, unfazed by the woman's peculiar eye colour, or her tail. "I'm Knife, nice to meet you miss..." Knife starts, holding out his robotic hand to shake.

Carmen smiled faintly as she shook the robotic hand. [color=bb0066] "Carmen St.Luna. A pleasure, Mr. Knife. So you're a newcomer to this arena? We've actually gotten quite a few of them recently." [/color] She asked, seeming to ask more out of formality than actual interest.

 

[Knife-28]

"Carmen St.Luna eh? That's an interesting name. You don't mind if I just call you Carmen do you?" Knife asks, before answering Carmen's question. "I am a newcomer yea. I got here a while ago, was checking out my room a bit then I decided to have a stickybeak out here."

Carmen casually nodded in response. [color=bb0066] "I don't mind at all. And a 'stickybeak'?" [/color] She tilted her head, not bring familiar with the expression. [color=bb0066] "That sounds to be more fitting to your large feathered beast over there." [/color] She remarked as she glanced over at Clover's projection still failing at assault Doug.

"It's Aussie slang, basically it just means to have a look at something." Knife explains, "Say I go into a shop not necessarily looking to buy anything in particular, that would be having a stickybeak."
"So where are you from, if you don't mind me asking." He asks.
