"Well, I believe we have two purposes, one is while we are alive to wonder the Earth and see fit to what we might do" D-Eye said to Carmen. "Then there's the purpose of paying out for the life you've had, be that heaven, Hell, limbo or reborn"

Noting Gumi's wave, Rex sighed and walked back in returning the wave. [color=000066] "Yo. Excuse my bs. I'm usually not this kiddy, but I swear that droid brings out the worst in me..." [/color] He replied, burying his face in his palm.

[color=00aa44] [small] "Cause he suuuuucks~." [/small] [/color] Vera whispered in Gumi's ear, giggling a little bit.

Carmen looked up toward the ceiling, soaking in what D-eye said.. [color=bb0066] "So, according to that, one can do anything they wish, provided they prepare to face the consequences of their actions. Fair, but not how I see it." [/color] She drank a little more before continuing. [color=bb0066] "I'd say things are never guaranteed or laid out. Almost everything is a dice roll, from birth to skills to being reborn. It makes explaining all the unfair things easy." [/color]

Gumi gave a dismissive wave. "Nah your alright, you wouldn't be the first to rage at a game and sure as hell won't be the last" she said with a smile to Rex. She giggled quietly at Vera's comment. [color= crimson]"[sub]I'm sure he gave it his all, stop teasing the poor lad[/sub]"[/color]

"But some are luckier then other, change and luck are never fair to most of the world..." D-Eye replied, taking a sip of water from a bottle. "Just the way life is, harsh, unfair....how it makes em sick..."

Carmen looked toward D-eye with an eyebrow raised as she finished off her drink. [color=bb0066] "It may be unfair, but it's nothing to be bitter at. Just accept the rolls you got and live to your best. Getting bad rolls is just more motivation to live even better, no?" [/color]

Gumi nodded with a small weakish smile. "Well when your a 330th ranker solider and the over 329 above you think there all high 'n' mighty, you could just say that" she explained to Rex. "I'm sure he can, but everybody got a limit ya hear?" she added with a small smile.

"I suppose so" D-Eye replied, staring at the ceiling. "the cards have been dealt and laid out on the table, the only thing left to do is play withwhat you got"

Vera nodded toward Gumi before twirling herself out of the room and to her suite.

Rex scratched the back of his head as Vera left. [color=000066] "I understand that sort of feeling. Being a grunt back in the gang I used to run with sucked... a lot." [/color]

Carmen put her glass down before looking toward D-eye. [color=bb0066] "Excuse me if you find this offensive, but you weren't dealt the most exquisite of cards, were you?" [/color]

Gumi sat on the ground crossed legged. "Yep, back when I use to help my Papa on the farms I got that feeling all the time" she replied to Rex, setting her sniper down by her side. "Well apart from when them shadow creatures attacked, always fun to shoot at the little critters"

"Oh they were cut off alright" D-Eye said, looking down at his right leg. "I was trying to help someone out, they were trying kill someone important and I tired to stop them from going to far. almost got myself killed in the process..."

Rex smirked a bit as he laced his hands behind his head. [color=000066] "So you're a farm girl, huh? ...That explains a lot. So you had to defend yourself from a bunch of shadows. Guessing they're just the 'dark side' of things based on the name. Hell, given a choice, I probably would've ran in your situation." [/color]

Of the many thing the genestealer could have been expecting, being hit by a flopping arm could not have been one of them. His head was knocked clean off by the blow. His use as a weapon was powerful against next in line, though it turned bothe the improvised weapon and the attacked into a smattering of flesh loosely held together by their outer structure.

Weizoth disposed of his now hardly useful weapon by hurling it at the remaining genestealers. Afterwards, he would immediately charge up to whichever ones remained and begin laying into them with inhumanely powerful blows from his fists.

*Never and can't even if i want to* John thought dropping the stone hammer he grabbed hold of genestealer judo fliped him over his shoulder and then while it's on the ground he stomped on it's neck then twists his foot untill gives off a loud crack.

He shout a chant "in the mortal plain You may cause me no pain Soon your face will meet the flame, FIRE WAVE!!!" lets out a huge wave of fire going in all directions then afterwards John aims for the brood lord "Thunder my anger, Lightning my might, Bring to me clouds, Black as night LIGHTNING STORM!!!" chants John and even though they're inside giant thunder clouds start appearing and start to form just below the ceiling

Kendrik had bored of watching the fights for now. He had returned to the lounge to listen to music.

Weizoth's swings would prove difficult to land, as the genestealer he faced was more skilled then the average in close combat. It would duck and weave around the swings, slashing out lightning quick onto Weizoth's attacking arms and staying back to avoid the grapple.

The Genestealer grabbed Jon with its other three free hands, digging them into Jon's body and preventing him from lobbing the genestealer down.
The broodlord meanwhile reached out with his hands and dispersed the flames and lightning coming down his corridor. He didn't stop it charging down Gold and Weizoth's corridor however. The fire chased down the hall, licking the bodies and growing from the husks of genestealers.

Gold screamed as the fire consumed him, burning his skin incredibly badly. It was the lightning that followed that did the real damage however. His various electronics, including his eyes and arms, were all burned out. He managed one last desperate cry before passing out, shaking and convulsing. He was able to pull out a shield just as it hit, preventing the worst of the flames and lightning from hitting Weizoth.

John noticing that Gold was injured because of his spells after kicking the creature away, John quickly threw up a shield to separate them from the Genestealers and then runs over to Gold "oh fuck i'm sorry hold still, this will take more than a little effect" pulls out a small bottle of water and starts chanting "With this water, No more pain, Let it flow away like the sudden rain" then makes force feeds the water down Gold's throat and repeats the chant three more times "his wounds will heal in a minute i will hold the Genestealers off in that time" said John to Weizoth.

turning his attention to the Genestealers first he throws a couple of fireballs at them next was a few of lightning bolts and then some earth magic crushing them between these huge rocks

Weizoth tired of attempting to strike the genestealer with his unpracticed unarmed strikes. He pointed at the creature and fired a lightning-quick, pale ray from his fingertip at the creature. If it struck, the genestealer's heat would be sapped from its body almost instantly. His armor bore a few scratches from the times the creature struck back, the wounds not being deeper as the creature made no focused strikes against him.
With Gold's shield blocking most of the lightning and flames, those that made it to Weizoth simply licked against his armor, doing little in terms of noticeable damage.
"It is a construct...you imbecile...you would require a repair spell to fix your mistake..." He chided John, noticing the state that Gold was left in.

john runs back "damnit i'm sorry he'd talked it like a human so i thought he was one and i didn't read the sheets when i got here" he said putting the top end of his staff on Gold's chest area "this is only repair spell I've got so i hope it works oh and cover your eyes, OCULUS REPARO!!!" he shouts as a green light pours out from the staff so bright it's enough to blind someone
