Carmen's eyes widened as she noticed the bolter not being pierced and shrieked as the helmet smacked into her, driving her face-first into the ground, hard enough to create a few cracks in the ground. The demoness ceased moving, a puddle of black blood expanding underneath her. The energy in her saber slowly dissipated into a red mist as it returned to its normal form.

The drago performed multiple aerial maneuvers, dodging as many shots as it could. it took a few shots however, and was badly wounded, leaving strange bloodless wounds on it. it let out a piddly stream of fire as it flew over Raz's head, aiming to catch his hat alight.

 

[Furioso]

The dragon succeeded in catching Raz's hat on fire, and with a yell he pulled it off and patted his hair down to make sure that hadn't caught fire too. Of course this also meant he had to remove his goggles. "Grr that better not have damaged my goggles!" shouted Raz as he fired a couple more laser blasts at the dragon.

OOC: Was the bolter supposed to not be pierced? I was just saying that it was struck, not that it had any particular protection. Ah well. I'll have to be wrapping up soon anyway.

Huh. Expected more of a fight. Ragnar thought, but raised his foot to bring it down with crushing force on Carmen's skull.

Carmen's head burst open and splattered black blood everywhere with a sickening squelch.

Looking to Solaris' face, Pix would see Solaris looked fairly young, having next to no lines in her face. She appeared to be twenty-five at the very most.

"I'd say it's a fair estimate, so yes. You're now twenty-seven." Solaris responded with a nod. Bringing the cup to her mouth again, Solatis took a small sip from her tea, but at Pix making the pun, quickly set the moved a hand infront of her mouth to prevent her spitting the tea out in a burst of laughter. Instead, she took a moment, before shallowing and giving a amused giggle. "Oh my... That was bad." She commented, although sounded quite amused.

Moving her gaze back to the fight between Ragnar and Carmen, Solaris saw Ragnar headbutt Carmen in the face, making her fall to the ground, unmoving. "If she wouldn't be coming back, this is where I would say good riddance..." Seeing Ragnar stomp down on Carmen's skull, however, Solaris' spirits were lifted more, as she chuckled softly at the sight.

Selim continued to run up to Vera until he stood infront of her. [color=915f6d]"I was looking for you!"[/color] He said somewhat happily, looking up to Vera with a smile on his face. [color=915f6d]"I was kind of worried about you, but I'm glad to see you're alright!"[/color]

Ragnar grinned in triumph, though his pleasure was hobbled by the fact that it had come with so little challenge. Using Carmen's clothing to wipe the worst of her drastically reshaped head from his ceramite sabaton, he holstered his weapons and began to walk back out of the arena. He removed his helmet as he went, shaking out his long hair with a shrug of his shoulders.

Kenna winced and looked away as Ragnar finished Carmen off. "Jesus..."

Carmen slowly came stepping out of her revival machine once more, but she stood still for a few moments afterward before dropping to her knees and beginning to sob a small bit. Rex, who had his room attached to hers, looked over in utter surprise at the sound of his leader acting the way she did, but did nothing about it. Rubbing her face off after a while, she walked out into the hallways and began to wander around distractedly, her appearance slowly changing from her openly demonic one, to one that looked infinitely more human. All her demonic feature were gone, her hair was jet black and her irises looked to be colored brown, somewhat hiding the cross-shaped pupils still existent in them. She continued wandering the halls like a ghost, in a state of self-pity after her latest performance.

Vera nodded to both Selim and Rex. [color=00aa44] "Unit was harmed, but was repaired after battle with target. Mission was not successful..." [/color] She bowed her head a bit in a show of disappointment. While it may have seemed programmed, something seemed like she actually... felt things. [color=00aa44] "Unit apologizes for its shortcoming." [/color]

Ness finally caught up and blinked as she looked Vera over and tilted her head a bit once she saw the robot apologizing out of the blue.

Pix tilted her head as she noticed Solaris' jutting forward and nearly spitting up her tea. Seeing her reaction, Pix giggled. [color=80bb00] "Well... bad enough to make you spit your drink... I guess I should work on those, huh?" [/color] She nodded a bit at her assigned age and sighed. [color=80bb00] "Alright... so you look to be about 25 or so... am I close?" [/color]

 

[Chungus]

"Well... just don't make an awful pun like that, and you should be fine." Solaris commented, smiling lightly. At the mention of her age, Solaris shook her head lightly. "No." You're off by a huge margain. "I'm turning twenty-nine in a few months. But, thank you for the compliment." She responded, her voice a little more lighthearted, rather then the dead-serious tone it was nearly always.

[color=915f6d]"Oh..."[/color] Selim responded upon hearing what Vera said. After, he was quiet for a moment, seeming not sure what to say. Eventually, however, he lightly took hold of Vera's right hand, and looked up to her with a smile. [color=915f6d]"Well, don't worry, Miss Robot. The monster was gone, so you did a good enough job of making it go away!"[/color]

"Don't worry about it. You don't need to prove anything to us." Rex said to Vera.

Ragnar stomped back into the lounge, scowling as he examined his bolter. The left side of the weapon had a long gash carved across the casing, cutting through the Astartes skull emblem in a ragged wedge.

"Sacreligious daemon *****." He muttered as he ran a forefinger along the damage.

Amongst the slight sounds of the regenerator machine and the various other electronic goings on within the complex, Nanami woke up within the confines of her suite. She wasn't entirely sure how she'd gotten there. Looking around briefly she thought she might have been back home, only to be dashed when her eyes fell on the regenerator pod machine.

Still clad in her full armour, she took some time to repair it, a glow came from her hand as the broken armour seemed to come to life as if it were a living thing, which given its composition wasn't too far off. It then stitched back together like new. Thinking for a moment as to exactly what was needed to be done, she decided there wasn't any sense in staying in the small room, she needed to try to figure out how to get out of this place.

Stepping through the airlock mechanism, a small amount of water still hanging from her, she headed off to look if she could find anything. Hearing the sounds of stomping, and commotion, she happened upon the lounge with Ragnar. Her helm obscuring her face.

In essence, she looked like a knight in full plate armour, with a few points along the body looking like fins, such as the forearm, leg and upper back. She still held her large spear, although not threateningly.

"Heelllloo? III aamm Nnaaannaammi." She introduced herself to the strange man, her voice sounding much more gruff and masculine due to her trouble speaking in the air.

Ragnar glanced around hearing the voice, looking down at the human in armour. He frowned, noting the strange and primitive, yet well crafted armour design and wondered if it was from a feudal world of the Imperium.

"And I am Ragnar Haraldson of the Space Wolves." he replied, letting his bolter hang by his side. The gun alone would seem amazingly oversized to Nanami. Though larger weapons existed on earth, these were usually heavy or vehicle mounted weapons that could not be carried so casually by a human. Ragnar held his as though it were no more than a light submachine gun.

At that point, Ragnar caught Nanami's scent, which bizarrely reminded him of fresh fish. Next he noticed the hand wrapped around her spear.

Nanami noted the frown from the man known as Ragnar, not sure why he seemed to displeased, but it didn't perturb her very much. His weapon however was quite large, something that Nanami had not seen a human hold something so massive before.

She didn't however seemed very intimidated by the height difference, although the weapon selection had confused her slightly. Being nearly 2 feet smaller than her people, she was used to the size difference.

"Rraaggnarr iiss ttrroouuubblled?" She asked him, feeling like such a question wouldn't be to far off.

Ragnar sniffed the air again. Yes, it was definitely piscine. Whatever this creature was, it was not pure human.
"What are you?" He asked bluntly, trying to see into the eye slits of her helmet.

Seeing that Ragnar was trying to look into her helmet, Nanami saved him the trouble. Removing her helmet, Ragnar was greeted to a rather fishy face.

Her nearly get black eyes looked at the man. "Hhuummaan aandd ffiisshh." she replied in a frank manner, her mouth moving a little awkwardly, showing why she seemed to have issues talking due to it not being designed for such use.

Ragnar recoiled at the sight of Nanami's face.

"Mutant!" He gasped.

Nanami looked a little annoyed when Ragnar recoiled back, more over what he said to her. "Mmyy nnaamee iss Nnaanammi... nnott mmuttaantt." She said sternly to him.
