Does any Warcraft lore freak in these forums plans to read Arthas: The Rise of the Lich King?

Not really, although Arthas has one of the better stories in the WoW universe, so I might pick it up if I have nothing to do.

If you played Warcraft III and Frozen Throne wouldn't you know all of it anyway?

Thats true I have no idea how they plan on expanding that story or renewing. The games pretty much explained everything

I might, but I'm certainly not going to pay for it. RoC and TFT explained everything there is to know, really. If what I've heard is right, it's basically just a retelling of War3 with all the fun parts (ie. the Orcs) removed.

I might be really biased here... and I'm frankly speaking out my own ass when I say this...

But I really find it hard to like or enjoy any game-based novels. Every time I go into my favorite book shop I see a whole shelf of books titles something like "Diablo 2 : blah blah", "Warcraft -blah blah blah"...

I just don't see how that can be good. I really distrust this sort of thing. And this will probably offend some of you out there, it really seems that most of this type of novels are just mass produced to get more of the fanbase money. The few books I touched, I didn't like.

Don't remember the title, I think it was something by Knaak... or whoever made that horrible "Ronin" character.
Well it was the War of the Ancients trilogy. It was pretty good although Ronin is not the most original character I've ever seen
