Warhammer 40k kill team-no trial?

Today warhammer 40k kill team has been released, but with no damn trial version, by the looks of it. Is everyone else having this problem? Are they allowed to not supply some form of trial game?

Just to supply a little more discussion value, If by chance you've already bought it, how is it then?

I also wonder about this: are there any other titles out there on XBLA that also lack a trial? If no maybe just something by mistake then. The trial is available so it must have just been an error.All arcade games are required to have a trial version by MS as far as I know
