You aren't. It is in the terms and regulations section 349.b . You should never wear pants when playing XBL so you are always ready to send someone a picture of your genitals at any given moment.

Why in the hell would I wear pants while gaming, Guess what I wasn't wearing while watching this. I mean I'm in my room by myself why in the hell wouldn't I get comfy?

It will be interesting when the play station move comes out if the camera actually works as a camera while gaming but we will cross that bridge when we get there.
