First of all, major spoilers expected in this thread, so please stop reading if you plan to see the film.
Went to see Watchmen last night, and I just got to say that it was a great movie experience on par with Dark Knight! The longer I sat in the cinema the more I felt drawn into the film. Well anyway this is not a review so lets move on.
Having never even heard of Watchmen until I saw the movie trailer (comics didn't play a big part in my life growing up), I just saw the movie and took in whatever the plot the film makers wanted us to see. So my question for the people who have read and watched both adaptations is: What difference is there in the plot? Was there anything the film omitted? The only difference I know of is the different ending I heard from people where there is some kind of alien in the comic book.
