The subject of this thread, if you were stupid enough not to garner that information from the title, is funny stuff that happened at school.

To explain the title, we were watching an art video about "The Great Wave off Kanagawa" (catchy I know) when the woman who was talking about the wave said that, to her, the wave was half way between animal and vegetable which of course led to me and my friend nearly getting thrown out because every time they'd show another one of his paintings we'd say "yes but is it made of vegetables!?"

So go forth and spread the word of funny crap that happened at school

Funny things at school? Ok, lets go back to the eighth grade.

My social Studies teacher was showing us a political cartoon featuring George Bush. Me and my friend in the back then decided to figure out what George looked more like in this picture.

Me: He looks like an elf.
Him: No, he's a monkey.
Me: No, look at the ears. Much more of an elf.
Him: Just look at his face! Definitely a monkey!
Me: Fine, just combine the two. He's a monkey-elf... a melf...

Turns out melf is suspiciously similar sounding to MILF. We all cracked up. I truly hadn't a clue that I was saying it at first, I just liked combining words. That a was a nice day...
