Based on an earlier comic, this is at least the third time she's set a place on fire.
My guess is this is just something that Erin does sometimes. ;p

I was confused as to what Eren burned down at first... but seeing the comments- I understand now it's her workplace.

The real question however is ... why?

Erin is insane, she hallucinates game characters, it's likely that she was inspired by kratos or someone.
