Sephiroth grinned up at his opponent, feeling the blade against his skin. Now this was a fight. To have been able to pin him, without him being able to make a move! Was this truly the power of simple ambition?
'Impressive,' he said, his single black wing whipping out from his shoulder to push Cao Cao off and away from him; the movement carried him back onto his feet and he raised both arms defensively, Masamune and his materia-stocked forearm ready to strike once more.

OOC: Hey I gotta go you guys can finish out how you need to @nailik i think we agreed draw @snappy i guess if you really want Cao Cao to lose he can but i was going with ambition and will triumphs over puppet kind of message and at the end he was gonna tell sephiroth that it was possible to get control of himself he just had to want it bad enough and have something he wanted to fight for with his life

As Gilgamesh and Lu Bu clashed, they hit eachother on the head with the blunt end of their respective weapons and both warriors passed out.

Greg was mumbling behind Tanner's ship when Fenris reappeared. He roared at those who stood in front of the ship but was cut short. He began scratching his head and shaking it and the powerful movement were replaced with an awkward hobble, he seemed out of breath as his tongue hung lazily from its mouth.

Winter lightly grabs Gwen's hands, her steady hands slowly pushing them away to Gwen's side. "Gwen, I know it has only been a short time since I met you, but... You're a lovely young woman. Some people might not understand you, but I willingly try and I think I might. You're just... wonderful."

Rin smiles at Winter and Gwen as she boosts back into orbit.

I wake up and decide to get into my armor. It's sensors show no damage was done to me. Good news...and I even proved my point. I think cheerily. I hear some kind of roar and investigate. Seeing Varger, I prepare my weapons.

Fenris half snarled before seeming to wretch, its back arched and the plates realigned themselves, opening to reveal 6 holes across his back. The holes opened and 6 cyclinders of dull blue liquied are ejected, landing on the floor with a tink. As the plates realign Fenris looks up and roars again.

Sephiroth drew Masamune across in a wide arc, slicing through the front of Cao Cao's robe. His opponent jumped back, bringing his sword across to keep Sephiroth from slicing again.
In a blurred flurry of strikes, Masamune's point travelled across Cao Cao's chest and face, scoring a light blow on his cheek.
'This is nothing,' Cao Cao said loudly, 'NOTHING compared to my ambition.'
He pressed forward, leaping close to Sephiroth. At this range, he was within the arc of Masamune's swing; he could not attack with the blade here. Turning quickly, Sephiroth knocked Cao Cao's arm away with his black wing, feathers dropping to the ground.
'This fight,' Sephiroth said calmly, 'is likely to last a long time.'
Cao Cao glared at him, raising his sword for a final strike.
Masamune met it, the blades locking between the two combatants.
'My ambition will not fall to you,' Cao Cao said, his face close to Sephiroth's.
'Then we will meet again, with honour and pride,' the silver-haired man replied.
Nodding at each other, the fighters flexed their arms, the two swords pushing each other away.
'Until the next time our paths cross,' Sephiroth said.
Cao Cao turned and left, leaving him to his thoughts.

OoC: @Saltyk It's the same guy each time. After Exdeath sent him into the Rift, he just wandered from world to world, looking for weapons and worthy opponents.
