OOC: @Nailik. If we do it tomorrow, then I won't be free until after 4. If you want to start the event, start it without me, and I'll catch up as best as I can. The earlier you do it, the better because I have another 8 AM orientation that doesn't end until 5 PM on Wednesday.

"Well, maybe we better get some rest before taking on Kefka. I saw Winter getting dragged off by Grace, so it's safe to say she won't be joining the fight, and I don't feel so dandy myself, seeing as the earthquakes woke me up earlier then I would normaly."

OOC: Which is something that I never got in FF VI. The heroes are grinding their assess off for days on end learning new magic, and Kefka with his world shattering powers is just chilling in at the top of his tower doing nothing.

"I don't like to stall either, but it's better if we're at our best when we do this." Erica said to Valentine.

OoC @Slenn: And it's been like that for an entire year! Maybe he's watching his cult or something. xP

Four had been sitting outside the portal as the others came back. "Ugh. Maybe you're right. We do need to be at out best. Besides, we need a new plan too." She said to Erica as she stood back up.

"The new plan part has already taken care of." Erica said to Four with a small smile.

 

[Drakmorg]

"It has? I was kinda spaced out there, what are we doing then?" Four said to Erica, raising one of her eyebrows for a moment.

 

[Slenn]

<color=brown>"We'll be outside studying then." The sisters exited the room and went to do just that.

<color=red>"I volunteered to be a part of the distraction that flies around and dodges bullets." She explained to Four.

OOC: Gotta admit, Cid's death and Celes' crying on a stranded island... surprisingly legitimately sad for a 2D RPG with cartoon sprites.

"Spacing out? That happens to me awfuly often too. Very wierd...
Anyways! Reimu is gonna distract Kefka, drawing his beam thingie away. Then, we sneak in.
Once we're all inside, we redirect the portal there so that Reimu can join us." Erica explained.

OoC @Slenn: Cid can be saved. Though that takes a ungodly amount of time and doesn't effect the ending in the slightest. So I always let him die.
Also, Celes trowing herself off a cliff made me chuckle.

@Nailik. You would chuckle at that. Actually, a legitimate question would be is this one, and I want a straight answer: Is there anything horrifying or sadistic that doesn't make you laugh or give you ideas? I know we joke about it all the time, but legitimately, what does make you cringe?

Also I read in a guide that it's entirely luck and chance based to save Cid because of the fish.

"Well it's not a great plan, but if it's all we got, might as well. I was hoping we could avoid having to go anywhere in the tower but the top, but if it can't be helped, it can't be helped." Four said to Erica. "Anyway, I'm gonna go look for Grace and Winter." She added as she walked back into her ship.
