"A quitar, eh? I just learned something new again. This is turning out to be quite the informational day!" Erica remarked then giggled, briefly stopping scratching Rose's head to place her hand infront of her mouth. "Anyway. You afraid of ending up alone too?"
"I guess it's true when they say you learn something new everyday." Rose replied with a snicker. Her purring petered out and eventually stopped when Erica stopped scratching her head. "Well, yeah. I've been around other people all my life. I'm not gonna say I don't know what to do with my time, since I've got plenty of things to keep me busy, but I'm not sure how It'd feel to not have someone nearby all the time. I'm actually a little curious about it."
"Curious? Not the word I'd use, personally." Erica remarked. She noticed that Rose stopped purring and appolagized for suddenly stopping, then resumed scratching Rose, this time behind her right ear, moving her fingers up and down while moving her hand in a circular motion.
"Well, it's something new, you know? I wouldn't be doing it if I was nothing but scared of the idea. Sure it's scary, but it also has so much promise. Who knows what kind of people I might meet if I go off on my own?" Rose replied. "S'okay." She said gratefully as Erica resumed giving her affection and started purring again. "So what kind of things interest you? You got a hobby or anything?" She found herself idly asking.
"Then I guess we're just different like that." Rose replied with a shrug. She chuckled a bit before saying, "You'd be surprised. Get enough clothes together and I'm sure you could make a hobby out of it. If you ever end up going some place with stores, you could spend free time window shopping or something."
"Spend free time shopping huh? I wouldn't mind that I think. I think I'd have a blast looking at clothes, trying them on..." Erica replied, her scratching Rose's head slowing down as she drifted off. She dreamily stared off into the distance for a while then shook her head slighty. "Uhh. Anyway. So yeah. I'd like at. At the very least, it's a start. Something to keep myself busy while I figure things out."
"No. I don't mind. What I need to figure out is, what do I do with my life? What makes me happy? I'm closer to finding the answer now then I was... let's say a month ago, but I'm still not quite there yet. I need to go out there, try out things. Then, I'm sure it'll come to me eventually." Erica explained, then smiled. "Until that time comes though, I try not to think about it to much. No point at looking towards the future too much. Sure, some planning here and there is good, but look to far ahead, look too much at the big picture, and you'll lose sight of the small things. That's what I live by anyways."
"That's a good way to look at things. Look towards the future, but still live in the present." Rose replied with her own smile. "I hope it doesn't take you too long to find out what you want to do. I was lucky enough to find out I loved music after several months. You want my advice? Don't let yourself get discouraged, you'll figure it out sooner or later."
"Yup! I'm sure I will. Eventually." Erica replied, then let out her trademark infectious yawn. "For now though... I'm going to sleep. We still have stuff to do here, afterall. Can't do that when you're too tired to move. ...I just hope we don't need to climb another set of imposibly long stairs." letting out another shorter yawn, Erica laid her, resting her head on the cushion, being to tired to make her way to the balcony to go to sleep in one of the chairs. "Good night, Rose." she said as she closed her eyes, falling asleep not soon after.

"You're telling me about the stairs. I can already tell my legs are gonna be sore in the morning...or whenever I wind up waking up. Anyway, G'night." Rose said to Erica. Erica's yawn proved as infectious as ever, making Rose desire nothing but a trip to Sleepy-town at the moment. She got up and wandered over to where Riou had found all the cushions and just threw herself onto a pile of them, then drifted off to sleep.

OoC: @Ven Hey man. @Outis and I still need to flesh out the geography of the TDM thread, and I got my own universe to make for my book, but other than that, I'm outta ideas, so don't really have much to talk about.
OOC: Well I've decided to just play Varger no matter what, I just need two pictures. One for how he is viewed and one for his true form.
OoC: @Ven Well, I still got that picture of his old form if that helps. The true form, as long as it's bassically humanoid and not transperant I can have a crack at it.
