"Well, I'm going on ahead, I'll pull you guys through the portal through when I make some headway." Joe said as he twisted and dashed through the next laser chamber. As he continued along, he came across a spot he could climb, which he used to climb up to the ceiling of the room which he then drew a dimensional door on and slipped through to the floor above.
"That sounds like a better plan." Grace said after hearing what Joe said. She did not want to expend all of her energy here and now.
"Wait, you mean we'd have to pay at every floor? What kinda tricky...whatever. At least Joe has us covered." Four commented as she leaned against the wall, still in her IS mech.

@Gear: I'd be really surprised if Nu was able to come out of Joe's portals, mostly because they work more like his own system of worm holes. But sure, when Joe actually makes it to his destination that would be cool.

Although there was no way Kefka would actually admit to agreeing with Jio, he too felt like bringing the Roc Bird down, albeit for entirely diferent reasons.
