The group sees a young man sitting at another table by himself. He wears a red tunic with a yellow scarf around his neck. There's a small circlet around his head. He's eating a rather large amount of sushi for a single person. Probably enough to feed three people, and yet he looks fairly small.

The waiter served the waters, the chilled tea, and gave Four a glass of sake on the rocks.
Gwen ordered a few rolls of yellowtail fish sushi. Sara ordered the Salmon. Gordon ordered the tuna sushi. I wonder if these guys will serve the sushi like ninjas chopping up sticks and meat or whatnot.

He hailed the waiter over and ordered some Chocobo Veal. The waiter gave him an odd look as Kefka's appearance wiered him out and didn't understood English.

The young man sipped on some tea and continued to eat some sushi. He saw a catwoman point at him. Rather rude, but I've seen stranger people and things in my time... He looks at the palm of his right hand and then seems to look back at the group. Am I being drawn to that group...
