His lack of memory was becoming an irritation to Sephiroth, but perhaps if this man had met him before, he would be able to tell him where he came from... Why he was there. Who he really was.
Solaire raised a hidden eyebrow but said nothing. Suddenly the black wisp on the ground combusted into a small flame with his hand still under it. Grunting in satisfaction he places it on the ground and takes out a small emerald flask and puts it in the flame. "There we are, it should hold long enough for a small amount of Estus to be restored..." he says to himself.
Straightening back up Solaire turns to his temporary companion. "Well then, Archer. It is an honor to meet your acquaintance. Though I must say, I've never met a bowman as well armed as you" he said, accompanying the remark with a small laugh.
"So, seeing as we are currently stuck here I see no reason to deter from my own mission. What of you?"
Steve grabbed hold of Palidan, and dragged him into the street. "My name is steve of minecraftia. Tell me, why in Notch's name are you here? Leave those two alone."
@Zepherus: Good to see someone else knows Fate, I was gonna use Gil, but decided that might get old, also thought of doing a master and servant pair but, eh. This works. Aslo, Dayum this place sure does move quick.
Archer tilted his head. "I'm just glad to be free for some time. I only ever get to do things when the grail war is going on. But here I don't have any interesting master to direct my actions, so..."
Alot happens while I'm at school. there was nothing after i went to bed and now there's ten pages. Tell me if i step out of line here.
In a very posh British town, a ways away from most of the others, in a very posh British avenue, in a very posh British store where various bits and bobs of not so British clothes were, a very bored looking cashier works the register. Today it's slow, yesterday was dull, and tomorrow will be dreary as well. The young man of around 23, probably in college, fiddles with the cash register, opening and closing it, making it ding with every open, chin in hand, mouth agape, and an unfocused stare. He hardly notices the very long, very thin line being drawn in space itself in the back of the shop. No sir, he continues staring blankly ahead, doubtfully aware of the feet in his shoes much less the spacial anomaly forming in his very place of employment. The crack stops increasing in length and there is a short pause. Another eternity passes by in that shop. Suddenly, the crack explodes into a gaping hole in time itself, discolored red and in the shape of an eye. From out of it falls a young woman wearing a very dull pink dress and a mob cap of the same color with a red bow in it. She has large bat wings and lavender hair and is of childish shape. The register worker still makes no note of it, even as she gets up and the hole closes forever. The young woman stands up. "There was no need to push me through the hole. Wicked woman, i swear." She begins taking account of her surroundings.
"Buy? Not really.
Bargaining isn't really my way."
Gilgamesh replied to Steve before turning to 'Cloud' again. "Whew. That must be frustrating!
what's the last thing you can remember?"
"So yeah, I don't know you." Four said to Doc. "Well I just don't move my ears and tail much when I'm at work. Steve runs a theme restaurant, so I can get away with not having to hide 'em while I work. Otherwise I just wear a hat and curl up my tail so I can hide it in my skirt. Not that hard really." Four explained to TopHat.
She ignored Paladin because she found him annoying.
Well look who's finally up! You remind me of my lazy son, you know?
Sephiroth thought. 'Waking up here,' he replied, almost honestly. He was beginning to remember... Cloud. That was where the name had come from. That man. But aside from that, nothing.
'I need an objective,' he said. 'I need a reason, an action, and then I can begin to work out why I am here.' He paused. 'What is your objective?'
He watched Gilgamesh's eyes to see if they flicked towards Masamune.
@Red Magic: Well I wouldn't say 'know', my one friend was really into it. So I'm not sure who Gil is but I know most of the heroes like Hercules, Rider, the other Archer (One of my favourites), Saber...
