Drawing my pistol, I stopped about 20 feet from the werewolf and turned to cast my glance carefully over the fields.

"Who's out there?" I called loudly, my voice carrying easily over the expansive land. "State your intentions!"

As I spoke my head began to swim unexpectedly. Time seemed to slow almost to a halt. As if from a great distance, in words that I couldn't quite make out, I thought I could hear a voice complaining about blue hedgehogs and nostalgia in a snarky British accent.

Swiftrunner howled in frustration, a long baleful howl that continued for miles. "On my honour no harm shall befall you human" he said after he finished howling. "You seem to be no mage and that is good enough for -growl- me" As much as Swiftrunner wanted a fight he knew he could not do much to protect his people dead.

"I'm certain no harm will befall me... as long as I stay safely where I am and can see you clearly. Now this person who has joined us, I'm assuming he is either one of your kind in human form or an ally of some sort that is helping you fulfil some sort of grim goal." 'replied' Renlen.

He suddenly heard the other figure call out. Carefully peering over, he wondered if the man actually wasn't an ally of the beast and had somehow managed to fool it. Deciding to take the risk, Renlen reached over to GS and lightly activated a one-way mental channel between himself and the newcomer. Whilst keeping an eye on the Wolf man, Renlen addressed the newcomer. "I'd be careful if I were you, that dog's feral." Smiling a little at his joke, Renlen continued "I ensure you my friend that my intention in this situation is one of defence. I caught the beast man before you looming over the lady, mere moments away from ripping her to shreds. If I hadn't accosted the beast's attention, I'm fairly certain there would no longer be a girl here."

OOC: Ah, now the site's moving along again.

My strange light headedness ended and the unfamiliar voice faded, replaced by another one. I smiled at his words, before calling out my reply.

"I'd say that lady is a far greater threat to the werewolf than he is to her. In any case, he's given his word that he won't attack us unless we provoke him, and I'm inclined to believe him. However, I can't muster quite the same trust for a sniper who has a bead on me. Would you mind revealing yourself? I don't fight when my opponent is open to peace, but if you mean harm to any of us... well, lets just say that I've managed to get the drop on a sniper or two before, even when I started out in their sights."

"*Sigh*...you win...Rugal..."
"I Always do..." He pulled out a USB Drive.
"The blueprints are on that as well as a test run Location, You'll be able to meet yourself in person if you so choose, Now, I must be off, Got some "Heroes", I use that term loosely to take care of And I will know if you Fuck me over...and I will nail you to the side of this building as you can watch your world die...Then I will make you wish I would kill you..."
Rugal got up and left the office
"OH! Yes, one last thing...I'm taking your Helicopter..."

Ah, good, an encounter with the main villain should be just the thing to kick off a coherent plot.

Feeling uncomfortable at the newcomer'ss rather certain response. Renlen pondered how best to test their reaction if there was any sudden movement. He looked across at Guilty Spark. Renlen had upgraded the bot's chasis a lot since he had first obtained and knew that he could take a beating. Taking the risk, Renlen sent a mental instruction to GS and waited. With a wobble, something boarding on acknowledgement thought Renlen, GS slowly rolled a distance away from his position. He could still communicate with the people and beast in front of him but felt slightly less safe with his 'insurance' lying a couple of feet to his left. "Okay, I'm coming out" is what he broadcasted to the man and Wolfman alike. A minute passed, then GS suddenly sprung up and projected a blinding flash of light before landing and rolling even further to the left. "Now let's see if what they just said was all talk." thought Renlen.

I didn't know what else to post. You didn't post anything after me, so I had to make something up.

"Wolf" Was the only thing Sear Drop said, only half hearing Nicole.
Watching the wolf and seeing it not charge at him, Sear Drop got confused because of this.
Why isn't it charging me? What is that other creature near it? Is it controlling it some how?
He where did that other creature come from?

"We best get out of here. It don't think that wolf will be some docile for ever" Sear Drop said while backing away slowly, trying to drag the little filly with him.

Rugal Arrived at the Helipad and saw Kazuya's custom Jet Powered-Chopper.
Whoa...Mental Note...bring this guy back to my world when this is over, I like his designs...
Rugal got in the pilot's seat and began preflight checks.
Plan: Join the Heroes group and pick them off One by One in "Accidents", Use Cover story as told to Amaya and all should go well...
The AirCraft arose into the skies.
"Ok, time to see what this thing can do..."
He pushed a button and the Chopper took off like a fighter jet towards Ireland

Actions now, not waiting, not talking. a blinding flash and Swiftrunner seized his chance. There was a patch of trees that would provide cover from...everything. Swiftrunner had been in the open and at the mercy of other for too long. A savage growl and he started for the trees, his feral speed easily getting within the confines of the trees which were yet to start burning. He knew they would eventually be caught in the blaze as well but he just needed time to plan his next move.

"Argh!" I threw a hand across my face as the sniper used some sort of flash grenade. Deciding that diplomacy had failed, I dropped on my belly, expertly disappearing into the knee high grass. I quickly shifted my position, using the tricks to move unseen that had kept me alive during the undead invasion of my own world. I could slide through the dirt without even leaving a coherent trail of twitching grass to betray my position.

"You want to use dirty tricks? Have it your way then!" I shouted, quickly moving from location to location, hoping to throw off the attacker and get him to show himself. I headed first for the spot where the flash grenade had appeared for, thinking that the man had thrown it straight upwards.

Nicole shuffled after the ponies, looking curiously at the wolf. 'This stinks to hell of Joel...' he thought. "C'mon Benji." Nicole muttered. "Hey, who's the midget-horse?" he asked, peering over his shoulder at the wolf.

Tracking the Wolf man as he ran across the plain, Renlen decided that his suspicions had been confirmed and that revealing his position would have been detrimental to his health. Seeing that the beast had reached the forest and had hidden itself inside, Renlen cursed at not taking the chance and reducing it's mobility functions. Turning to peer at where the man had been, Renlen noticed he too had disappeared. Deducing that the man could not have been nearly as fast as the Wolf man, Renlen settled on the fact he would have gone to ground. Renlen then heard the man's response and realised his weakness. The man made more noise than anything else in the area. By recalling GS and using him as a spotter, he would be able to find the man by pinpointing his location through the sound wavelength fluctuations. Renlen then commanded GS to release another burst of light before returning to him, hopefully further confusing his two adversaries to his position.

I'm pretty much getting near to the time when I need to hit the hay. So I'll and get some more posts in to try and not create an action or continuity error. But I should be able to get back in the action, earlier than I did today, tomorrow.

Alek was lost. How far had he gone from everyone else? Did he even want to find them? Several of them had tried to kill him. Some were, or at least appeared to be, Darwinist beasts. He still had three gold bars left, more than enough to escape from Ireland. He'd have to leave behind the stormwalker, the thought made him sad, but he could buy a new one when he made it to Switzerland. Smoke in the distance caught Alek's eye. He still held out hope that the Clankers had invaded Ireland, that actually might improve his situation. At the very least, it meant that there was another way off of Ireland rather than dealing with more Darwinist monsters, he thought turning moving toward the disturbance.

OOC: Damned time zones. Also, you might be able to spot me be scanning my thoughts, or using the robot to scan for heat, or something, but my character would make very little actual sound. He's a scout, stealth and observation are his best skills.

I quickly reached the point where the flash had come from but there was nothing there. Searching around, I spotted a spherical device sailing through the air, and landing in the grass. Through the grass, I could also make out a faint silhouette in the grass. Grinning, I drew my kukri, the well oiled blade sliding silently out of its sheath.

Unfortunately, the skills of my character only extend to telepathy through technology. No mind reading otherwise that would be overkill. :p Also scanning for heat signatures would have been pointless with the forest fire nearby. But I've just come up with a plan...

After GS had landed, the bot began a to roll back to Renlen in an arc. Renlen then remembered he hadn't closed the mental channels and decided that disorientation would be a good tatic in this situation. He began broadcasting the same thought at different intervals, frequencies and pitches. With any luck the echoing would cause his targets to reveal themselves again. "I'm over here..." In the meanwhile, Renlen thought he would slowly begin edging towards the burning trees. The flames had come to dangerously low levels but with any luck, it would be a viable escape route if things went wrong.

There movement! A metal object floating in the air. Magic! Thought Swiftrunner. Another flash which blined Swiftrunner briefly caused a quick roar. As his eyesight returned he could now make out the human warrior making his way through the short grass. That human was not the worry for now, it was the other hidden human. Hidden until now. His wolf eyes could make out an irregularity in the grass line. He released his pent up tension with a roar before bolting but not toward the shape...

Nicole attempted to decipher what the pony said, but gave up. "'kay. So, why in hell did you dive bomb again? Are you drunk or something?"
