As the snow storm dissipates, Jack is visibly seen walking towards Ryu. He brushes off a little flame on his shoulder and then starts slowly clapping his hands, a red substance can be seen dripping from his left and a dagger is held in his right. "Bravo, bravo. I applaud your effort and little transformation..." He says in a mocking tone. "...and would be very impressed if I hadn't done the very same thing not even, hmmm, I forget how old I am. It's hard having a good memory when you've been alive since before the beginning of time. But I am disappointed if this is your extent of your power." he stops in front of Ryu and gives him a dark glare. "It means I won't even be able to summon the Sword of Aeons permanently never mind wake up a dear friend of mine." He then laughs maniacally. "You must be wondering what I'm babbling about, hmm? Well let's just say the snow storm wasn't created so much to protect me from your sight as to protect my actions. Because my friend you're in the centre of a gate." He points towards the deck and surrounding Ryu since he had barely moved since the snow storm began was a circle of dried blood with intricate symbols and shapes spread throughout it. "Beautiful isn't it? We call them Old Kingdom Gates and use them to tap areas of power..." Jack smiles evilly under his mask. "...and to drain power from others." With these words, the air around Jack suddenly grew pitch black as the circle suddenly began glowing blood red and tendrils of black magic erupted from within, piercing and tying themselves around Ryu's Dragon form and chaining him down. He would feel as if his energy was slowly dying within him. Some of the tendrils snaked towards Jack and began dancing round his hands. It then began collecting in his right hand and the dagger he was holding was coated in the energy. It then began elongating and grew thicker before a large blade appeared in his hand with runes that glowed of fire and silver. "And this is just a silver of my abilities." He says chuckling menacingly. Jack gripped the blade and stood in front of Ryu prepared to plunge it in his chest before asking "Any last words, so called Brood of a Dragon?"
At the bridge of the Carrier, a soldier suddenly noticed something flash up on the radar and immediately contacted the Overseer's Office. "Yes?" came the cold voice down the transceiver. "There is an un-identified craft coming up on us, Sir." "If it's un-identified then you already know the procedure, don't you?" "Yes sir. Was just informing you sir." The intelligence soldier cut the line and then pressed a button activating an alarm that sounded throughout the entire base. The soldiers immediately prepared to confront the craft as some ran out onto the roof of the Carrier and manned HE Anti-aircraft turrets. Back in the Overseer's office, the temporary Overseer ordered a guard to bring a certain captive to his office as well as some rope and wire.
The celestial object reached the planet and suddenly broke through the atmosphere before suddenly crashing down into the centre of the ruins of Travesty causing the planet to shake.
