Balthier looked at the Pearl-Nail, but paid her next to no mind. Grabbing hold of the AA-turret he was smacked against, he began pulling himself up, using the turret as a support.

Balthier looked at the Pearl-Nail, but paid her next to no mind. Grabbing hold of the AA-turret he was smacked against, he began pulling himself up, using the turret as a support.
Rozalin looked at and listened to the lady-robot with an appearance of abject confusion. "How are we impeding on anything? We were attacked by wild beasts. Wild beasts with strange powers of illusion, but I've read of far stranger things. And I will most certainly not cast aside my weapons, who is this King of yours to have subordinates order around a Princess?" She made note of Balthier and Edgar being injured, but since there was nothing she could do about it, she pushed them out of her mind for now.
Royce got out from behind his cover and headed over to Bal. He then started using his Phoenix on him.
"Hold still buddy, this is gonna suck. he then applies a thin scratch on Balthiers face, and spits a brown mucus into it. He then watches in horror as Royce heals Balthier up. "now you show up? Now?! he screams in near hysterics.

The gems on the side of Pearl-Nail broke off and fired at Black, blasting her into a broken AA-turret. Did the same with Bullet too. They were both KOed. The gems then turned and fired at Rozalin, Edgar and Zachariah.
Group 1: Drak, Slenn and FPS
Group 2: Fur, Outis and Nail.

Deplete Pearl-Nail's HP, bypassing the 15%
Zachariah let loose the rebar pipe, which would fly for the would-be knight. He then pulled grapeshot arrows and fired 2 at the incoming gems, the arrows would explode shotgun pellets once they reached 20 feet distance from their targets.
"That...doesn't answer my questions. How are we impeding you in any way? Your beasts attacked us as I recall, we were doing nothing. And how is attacking perfectly innocent people in any way a war of self-liberation? I would very much like to speak with this King of yours and--" Rozlin was cut off from what she was saying when a laser struck her in the side, burning her quite badly and causing her to shriek in pain. "That was--nngh--uncalled for! I was simply--grr--trying to speak with you!" She shouted, groans of pain splitting up her speech. She drew her pistol and fired several times in retaliation at Pearl-Nail, doing so to off-set the fact that her aim was off due to the pain
Just an FYI, how I'm going to go about major battles will have a Primary and Battle Mastery Objectives. Primary is just what it is. You completed X. Battle Mastery Objectives will be tougher and the more that you guys complete them, the higher the reward, but the more difficult the battles will be.
Also, bosses will have a degree of common sense when getting hit by attacks as they do have AC modifier and defensive roll. Which means that this will be more large scale battles, and even raising the stakes with your own characters as well. Hope this works out correctly. ^_^

The Rebar arrow was partially blocked by Pearl-Nail's evasive movement but it did damage the armor a good amount.
Zachariah's arrows fared less than the rebar arrow as the gems continued their course, albeit scratched and slightly scattered. One of the gems smashed into Zach's stomach like a Heavy-Weight Boxer punching him in the gut before it boosted away.

Edgar's arrow fared better as it shattered 3 of the gems.

The pistol shots from Rozalin bounced off Pearl-Nail, doing nothing. (That was a 20)

Pearl-Nail boosted towards the ground as it's side disks started glowing. Combining them, she flung the now 2 meter in diameter disk at Fenrich. The remaining 3 gems fired at Valvatorez, Royce and Balthier.

OoC: @Rosh, that's fine, I was assuming the burning of a laser would = fire, but it doesn't have to have an attribute
Also, the dice are being reasonably friendly so far
Valvatorez managed to jump out of the way of the lasers, but in doing so rolled onto his fractured shoulder, causing him to stumble in pain, but not enough pain to prevent him from drawing his spear and hurling it at one of the gems
As the huge disk few at Fenrich he reached inside his pocket and removed a handle, which extended into a large, twisted and demonic looking battleaxe, which he attempted to swing down on the disk as he barely managed to clear a jump over it

Balthier's was one horror when winced when Caesar made a small incision on his cheeck and aplied the musus. He was sure what the sentient virus was planning, but after hearing him speaking of assimilating humanity, Balthier wasn't keen on finding out. He let go of the turret and backed off. "Oh no! Don't you...!" He was interupted by another jabbing pain and slumped over. With his broken rib, standing up straigh alone was painful, let alone walking. Luckely for him, the pain started to recede when Royce started healing him. After being fully healed, Balthier thanked Royce and made a dash for his rifle.
Seeing the Pearl-Nail fire something at him, Balthier dived towards his rifle. By doing so, he largely evaded the beam, though it still grazed past his back. Cursing his luck, Balthier grabbed his rifle almost the moment he landed and fired at the Pearl-Nail.

@Outis: Armor Class Modifier. Or "How hard it is to hit this character" 1's are critical hits. 20s are ineffective attack.
